I got new cabinets and brand new granite countertops at Factory Plaza. I was very surprised by their professionalism - from the front counter all the way to installation .Everything went smooth and as planned. The price was way better than other granite places, and I got a kitchen sink for free. The cabinets were delivered on time, in perfect condition, then the measurement of my counters followed and the installation. In only 8 days I had a brand new kitchen! I was simply amazed!
They are really good guys and I have already referred them to my family and friends.

I have been in interior design business for over 23 years now, and I've dealt with lots of businesses, but this place has literally swept me off my feet: absolutely gorgeous showroom with top notch custom work on granite and marble, very nice cabinets too. They even have their own brand of stainless steel sinks! Very impressive. When you enter their huge warehouse all you see is aisles after aisles of granite. Very good communication skills of the staff and hard-to-find professionalism of their installers. Prices unbeatable. My customers are extremely happy with their project.

Factory Plaza is a great place to shop for granite. My apartment look so good with the new counters. The install guys were very professional and careful. It is not easy to carry granite slabs into an apartment in an older building on the 4th floor. Prices are very good and they have great selection!

This place has best prices. I checked many other companies and they don't offer anything close to Factory Plaza. Most important it was no hassle installation. You can tell that these guys are experienced and know their stuff. I like their work on granite edges. It is a MUST see place for countertops!

Thank you Factory Plaza for helping us with our kitchen countertops. We weren't sure that we can actually afford granite until we shopped at your place. After remodeling almost the entire house it was nice to shop at a place were people knew what they're doing and truly put the customer's needs first. Our kitchen looks great! Thank you again.

They have a huge selection of granite slabs that are amazing colors and have an exotic look. The staff were very knowledgeable, willing to help and answered all our questions. Your kitchen will stand out after you have granite installed by Factory Plaza.

Our experience with Factory Plaza from start to finish could not have been better. Beata was very accommodating when we visited the showroom and took the time to explain the product and process for us and the estimator and installers were most professional. Thr pricing of our job was very affordable and dramatically less than other quotes we received. The finished countertops are the hallmark of our kitchen rennovation and we will recommend Factory Plaza to anyone who is in the market for a countertop.

Factory Plaza, Thank you for making my granite counter top purchase painless. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. The showroom and ware house has granite slabs in every color you could want. The installation process was clean, professional, and completed in a timely manner. The best thing about Factory Plaza is the price; Factory Plazas price was close to 50% lower that other quotes we had received. The quality of the 3cm granite is top notch. I will recommend Factory Plaza to anyone looking for granite counters.

By far the cheapest prices we were able to find ($25/sq ft. cut and installed!). The materials were high quality and we have consistently received compliments from our friends but then when we tell them the price they are floored at how cheap they were. The whole process was extremely easy and Beata in the sales center was an absolute joy to work with. She was extremely responsive via email which was greatly appreciative when we were trying to juggle full time jobs, school and a remodeling project. It was wonderful just to shoot an email off and know that I could expect a response quickly from her to my questions (no matter how remedial they were), Their other employees were highly professional as well - the gentleman (I believe his name was Paul) who came to measure was quick and completed his measurement in less than an hour; the installers were also great and despite our small(ish?) kitchen they didn't have any issues at all with the installation and getting the countertops up through our freight elevator (22 story building). The total turnaround time was six days from when they measured and installed which was great as it helped us remain on our tight remodel timeline.
We would absolutely recommend them and are highly satisfied with our experience.
