I wish I could give Brian Malpeli and his organization zero stars! The man is a liar. Also, made us feel very uncomfortable. He would yell "hey stupid" and when you turned around, he would look at his cell phone like he was talking to someone on it. However ten minutes later you see him doing the same thing to someone who just walked in.

Great way to treat the people paying your bills. Bad service and I feel he took advantage of my parents on their Town and Country. Bad Person, many other dealerships to choose from. Stay clear of Zeigler while this SHARK works there.

by "LaGrange mom" sooner, because unfortunately we too are considering initiating a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General's office because of how this whole situation was handled.

We custom-ordered a vehicle from Zeigler in October. When we went to pick it up at the dealership on December 3rd, we questioned the color, noting that it did not seem to match the color we had ordered. The dealer assured us it was just the weird lighting
in their shop, and that it would look like the color we ordered once we got it outside. Unfortunately for us, we believed them. The fact of the matter is -- and the paperwork backs us up -- we indeed were NOT delivered the car we ordered.

Once we figured out what had happened, we immediately notified Zeigler. This was within about an hour or so of picking up the car. It was a Saturday afternoon; our check had not yet been cashed, the title transfer paperwork had not yet been filed, and there was only 15 miles on the car. Zeigler's response was basically "too bad," and they told us to contact Chrysler and file a complaint if we were unhappy.

We called Chrysler first thing Monday morning. They told us to leave the car parked and not drive it (so it could still be returned and sold as "new") until the issue was resolved (we had done that anyway; Chrysler confirmed that that was the right thing to do). We borrowed a car at our own inconvenience for about a week while Chrysler tried to intercede with Zeigler on our behalf. Zeigler's response was that they would take the car back, but only if
Chrysler would pay them $2500, because, as they told us, "we'll have trouble getting rid of that car... no one would want that weird color." Indeed. We don't want that weird color either, which is why we didn't order it! As you can imagine, Chrysler did not agree
to Zeigler's demands.

Zeigler has made absolutely NO EFFORT to resolve the situation or even offer us ANY compensation for the mistake. Instead, they immediately ran to the bank first thing Monday morning (Dec. 5th) and cashed our check (yes, we could have put a stop payment on it over the weekend, but we foolishly assumed we would be dealt with in good faith to resolve the problem), and shortly thereafter pushed through the title transfer paperwork.

We are weighing our options (Illinois Attorney General's office, Better Business Bureau, etc.), but in the meantime we are taking every step to warn other consumers against dealing with the Zeigler dealership. If you are looking to buy a Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge,
PLEASE SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Beware if you have service issues with your car, even if it is covered under warranty!!!
The purchase of our NEW 2011 Town & Country was very easy and we felt that we got a reasonable deal. 9 weeks into ownership the roof/sunroof started making a very loud rattling noise. We had it in for them to try to fix the noise for two days; they could not figure out where the sound was coming from and couldn't come to an agreement on what to do next. Although the initial noise was quieter when we got our van back, they had scratched the outside of the DVD monitor, frayed and stained the sun shade for the sunroof, left dirty fingerprinted & footprints, and added an additional rattling noise in the DVD system that was there before we brought it in! We brought it back for them to look at the damage. Although people seem to care about the problems initially, as soon as we aren't standing in the dealership speaking to someone directly, no one seems to care. It has been a week and still no one has come up with a plan of how to fix all the problems that they caused and the original rattling noise we brought it in for. It is a complete headache that you should not have to deal with when your car is only 12 weeks old!! We have contacted the GM and hope to have these issues resolved soon, but I am not hopeful. If you choose to buy from this dealership, I would stay clear of the service department. This is no reason why there should be this much lack of follow though in a business. It seems that after they make the sale, they don't care much about their customers.

I went to another store they gave me a price online when I got there they did not even honor it they send it was a mistake. I was mad and found Zeigler online they had a better price than the store that would'nt even honor their price. I would for sure tell everyone I know to buy there.

These guys run an honest operation. Very friendly personel; they even let me bring my 9 month old puppy into the dealership! They know how to take care of a customer and are ready to make a good deal and offer good values for trade-ins. I've been to other dealerships who came off being on shady or forceful, but not here. I would buy my next car from here.

Found a sweet Charger SRT8 on AutoBroker.com, called them up, and within a few hours, I was in a new car! My salesman was Greg and he was a real down-to-earth, good person to deal with.

The entire experience was very friendly and honest. They listened to what I wanted for my car and the information I used to come to that conclusion. We talked about it and came up with a number that worked for both of us in an unacrimonious fashion.

They were very flexible on the vehicle delivery as well. We had some items to resolve on the financing and I also needed to get them the original tires for my trade-in. They let me drive the new car home and, in fact, Greg stopped by my house to pick up the old tires!

They were very reasonsable in discussing a price for the extended warranty as well.

All in all, I would recommend this dealership to anyone and I will definitely come back...
