.

I have been here twice and I will not be back. My first visit I phoned in an order for a large pizza. I am not exaggerating when I say it was the worst pizza I have ever had. The cheese was VERY thick (at least 3/4 of an inch and very hard. They also use an absurd about of sauce. When I bit into it the first time, sauce squirted out all over my hand and kept oozing out even when I put the slice down. The service, although fairly fast, was very unfriendly. When I walked up to the counter, the guy behind the register made me feel like I was bothering him.

A few weeks later I decided to give it another shot, this time phoning in an order for 2 sandwiches (a "large" meatball sub - it ended up being 6 inches long - and a "regualr" steak hogie - about 3 inches long). I was told my order would be ready in 15 mins. I arrived 25 mins after my order was placed and it was still not ready. The guy behind the counter could not find my order ticket and asked me for my order again. He wrote it down, then walked over to the oven and peeked in and said "it's almost ready". Then I watched him hand the order to a cook and watched him start to MAKE my sandwiches! I understand that things get screwed up and sometimes orders get messed up...but don't lie right to my face and tell me it's almost ready when you haven't even started making it...I would have understood. As I sat there waiting, I watched a few customers come in and approach the counter. It took the works much too long to even acknowledge the people at the counter (and they were NOT busy. Most were standing around talking or making jokes). A VERY pregnant woman came in and stood at the counter for at least 5 mins and was never spoken to. She did what I should have done and turned around and walked out. When I finally got my food, they offered no apologies for the long wait (what started as being a 15 min wait ended up being 45 mins). I will say that their sandwiches were very tasty, but due to the the slow, unfriendly service, I will not be back.
