Bee Beautiful Salon & Spa

Great salon! Don't believe everything you read! Disgruntled former employees or even other salons do not give good reviews and love to sabatoge & slander their competition. I can't even believe half of the reviews I read. On a lot of reviews you can click on that person & see the reviews they have given places. If you see a pattern with a certain person then you kind of know this person isn't for real. My personal experience and people that I have recommended Bee Beautiful to have had great service there & I intend to keep recommending them.

It is my pleasure to speak with most of the guests who come to Bee Beautiful both before their service and when they are checking out. I am delighted to report that the comments I hear are wonderful and so encouraging. We are keeping our promise to our guests to listen to them, to do better than they expected, and to help them keep the look, get healthier skin and hair, and to be pleased with their choice of Bee Beautiful.

I was very excited to $buy there special coupon offer on Eversave 40% off of massage/maicure/wash-style. I thought this was a great deal and couldn't think of a better way to spend my Friday afternoon. Until I called regarding coloring and cut that I was also interested in receiving at my time of visit. The receptionist couldn't answer my questions and had me on hold while she spoke with a manager all for her to tell me that they don't have any openings today, would anytime next week work? Ummm, NO! I don't think managers/owners understand the importance of handling the phone relates to there profit. She just lost the whole sale of massage,manicure,cut,color,style all because she let me be incontrol of the conversation and she offered me something more than 24hrs out. HUGE NO/NO. Even if I couldn't get my massage today she could've been more accomodating and said, we can schedule your cut, color, manicure today and sunday we'll bring you back for your massage. Anything other than, I'm sorry. Bye... Horrible for the business. Very Disappointed.

From the minute you are greeted as you enter this serene world, you know you are in for a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is calming, the receptionist is attentive, and it feels like a friends living room. The attention to detail, all designed to pamper, makes every guest feel like just that- a guest! The well trained friendly staff of professionals listens to your requests and your service is done in a unhurried manner. The products used are explained, questions answered, and you can feel that someone paid attention to your needs, How wonderful, in a world of sterile salons full of marble, to be in one warm and friendly and calming filled with bamboo and plants.
