Lux Nail Spa & Hair Salon

My first time experienced at Lux Nail is wonderful and their nail techs are polite and very professional with their works. I got my pedicure and my new jell full set done by Lisa. She has done a wonderful job on my foots by removed all my callus and my foots felt soft and smooth like never before and my nails set was beautiful it looks so natural that made me don't want to get any polish on my nails. They also offer beverages to me while i got my service done awesome. I will continue to get my service done again at Lux.

This is, by far, the worst nail salon/spa in Baltimore! My experience here was so horrible that I created an account so that I could warn other people.

I have had my nails done at this salon probably 3-4 times in the past, always as a no-other-choice...last-resort...last second option due to their weak reputation. They have never done a good job - they have cheap nail polish that chips by the next day, they do a horrible job of cleaning cuticles, they can't even file the nails correctly, some nails are left longer than others if you don't complain, and they apply nail polish all over your cuticle.

Last week ( Oct. 28) , I was in the rush and decided to get a fill-in/pedicure there again and had the worst experience BY FAR! To cut a long story short, when cleaning my feet the lady CUT INTO MY HEELS ( she over scribed my feet!!) and cut off a chunk of it causing my foot to bleed non-stop!!!! She tried to cover it from me with her hands . Then she wiped my cut several times with her BARE HANDS (she was not wearing gloves and she did not sanitize her hands!!). When I noticed what she did, she kept trying to cover it and dabbed at the open wound with that disgusting towel that they use with every customer! In shock, I pulled my foot away and exclaimed "Are you serious?" and she merely tried to pretend like it's not a big deal and kept repeating "It's okay, It's okay". That is absolutely unsanitary and definitely NOT okay!!!

P.S not to mention, she also tried to drop nail glue on me heel to stop the bleeding. Is that crazy or what?
