AS A PAITENT I HONESTLY CAN'T RECOMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYONE. IF YOU NEED TO SEE A DR FOR A SERIOUS MATTER YOU ARE SENT TO PATIENT FIRST FOR TREATMENT BECAUSE THEY CAN'T FIT YOU IN, REFILLS TAKE ALMOST A WEEK TO BE AUTHERIZED, GETTING TEST RESULTS ARE EVEN HARDER TO GET. THEY HAVE TO MANY PATIENTS AND NOT ENOUGH DR'S. THEY HAVE 2 DR'S DOING THE LOAD OF 4. I HAD A CT SCAN DONE LAST TUESDAY, THE RESULTS WERE FAXED TO DR THE SAME DAY. IT IS ONE WEEK LATER AND I HAVE CALLED TWICE AND THE DR STILL HASN'T CONTACTED ME. THE DOCTORS AND STAFF ARE OVERWORKED AND IT IS AFFECTING THE PATIENTS SERVICES. I AM VERY DIS-PLEASED.

The doctor at Middle River Family Practice is wonderful. She attempts to keep her schedule on time but also makes each customer feel as if they are the only patient in at that time. They also offer evening hours so their patient do not have to take off from work.

On the down side, you usually have to book 2 months in advance for a routine appointment.

I had to wait for over a week for an appointment when I was sick. I was told to go to the hospital or a prompt care place instead. There hours ar enot good and the wait time once you do get an appointment is sometimes over 2 hours, I did wait 3 and 1/2 one time. I felt like you were just a number and there was nothing personal about the visits. I have since left this pratice.
