The owner Jill cut and colored my hair. 1st off, my hair was a color nightmare from box to old highlights etc.. Jill consulted extensively to determine personality, lifestyle. I wish more people would put into their clients like Jill

I got my hair cut by the owner a few months ago, and it STILL looks great. She really cuts hair well and does not give the "same old" cut. She really tries to figure what will be best for your face. She is expensive, but the haircut has

The owner of this new hair salon gave me a cut and told me that she used to work at a famous New York Frederic Fekkai salon. After asking about her past experience when she initiated the conversation, she told me that I was being arrogant and insulting that I was asking about her past because supposedly we "had already talked about it." All the while, she was still styling and cutting my hair in an excellent manner but telling me about her business and how she was the only one who knew how to run her business and that I was too naive to understand. She also heavily criticized my attitude about me looking down on everyone because she "guessed" that was the type of person I was and compared me to her sister who is never fun to converse with because "she's always right." The problem was that I barely knew her since this was my first appointment and she was making assumptions about me. She also criticized Mexicans for coming to her salon and wanting jobs as hair stylists, which came off a little racist.

She's very good at her job, but her haircuts are very pricey ($150) and for that price, a customer shouldn't expect that much attitude. I would recommend that if you do go to her just make sure that she does all the talking and that you ask her no questions whatsoever.
