On July 30, 2011, a friend and I were in an accident on the Garden State Parkway. We were rear ended by a possibly drunk driver. The crash ran my vehicle off the road, into the woods and slamming into a tree. My passenger and I were able to walk away from this with minor injuries, thank goodness. Court House Towing came and took my vehicle away. (2008 Ford Escape). Later in the day I had to call CHT to find out when I was able to retrieve items from my vehicle. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and rude. My friend's father, my mother, my insurance agent and my Uncle (who is a Cape May resident) all had to deal with her and each one of them made a comment about how horrible she was.

The drivers I dealt with were polite and helpful

Monday the first of August, my Uncle had gone to CHT to retrieve items I wasn't able to get from my car on Saturday. He was told the car was being towed to Havertown, PA. I live in Philadelphia. The car needed to be towed to Philly and my insurance agent said it couldn't leave the lot until they received the police report. We were told the report wouldn't be ready for at least a week. My mother called CHT and was told there were 2 Ford Escapes. A 2002 and a 2008. The 2002 model was supposed to go to Havertown, not the 08 which is my vehicle. Someone at CHT wasn't checking the paperwork properly and almost sent the wrong car.

The receptionist had gotten a horrible attitude with my mother and ended up hanging up on my mother as well. My mother, understandably frustrated, called back and spoke with a TJ. He was very helpful and fixed our situation.

It was extremely unnecessary for this woman to treat us so horribly. The accident was NOT my fault in any way shape or form. I certainly did not ask to be involved the accident and definitely did not deserve the poor treatment from the receptionist. I could have died in this accident and she had the nerve to be so rude to everyone who talked to her.

If for some reason my car ever needs to be towed again in Cape May, Court House Towing better not be the ones to show up.
