Take your business somewhere else! Paid $89 for a 15 minute visit; tech did nothing. No diagnosis as issue was already known. Was quoted $582 to replace a spring and reseat a seal. No price breakdown! Sent email requesting price breakdown and better pricing; no response. Called place of business and was greeted by a condescending rude woman. The term lady will not be used in this case as she hung up on me twice. I went in person to the place of business to speak to the owner regarding my wasted $89 and the individual (nobody else there but her) treated me like I was interrupting the viewing of her soap. She was listening to music so loud she didn't hear me enter. I had to shout hello before she realized someone was there. The office(for lack of a better term) was very unprofessional, cluttered and a highly conspicuous attempt of an office space. Right away I knew I was SOL! I requested to speak to the owner and she rudely responded at every question. She stated he was not in. I asked for his phone number and she refused to provide it. By the way, she is the spouse of the owner! Was I polite? Yes, up to the point where I caught her in two lies! I am a retired 21 year veteran, with a low tolerance for this unprofessional type of behavior. All I want is something for my hard earned funds. I offered for them to just come out and clean the cooling system and I would pay the difference. The cost of that is $135 total, which leaves an additional $46 that I would pay if they would agree to do so. She said no, they would not do that. This individual is in severe need of customer service training. I recommend you go somewhere else or be forced to deal with nothing! Needless to say, I won't be calling them for any further assistance. I will chalk my $89 up as a loss after I submit this and contact the better business bureau. Please, for your sake and the sake of others; employ a business that respects the customer; has great customer service and has an actual office. As for the techs, the experience was acceptable. The reason nothing while the tech was here is due to the fact that he assumed I would agree to the soon to come high dollar quote days later. In doing so he suggested he clean the cooling system when he returns to do the other work. Had I known how high priced they were I would have made the tech do something while he was here. If honesty was valued in this company, the tech should have suggested he clean the cooling system just in case I was not happy with the quote. By the looks of the office, this company only cares about money; not the customer. How un-American can it get????? If anyone out there knows of a "REPUTABLE" company that does maintenance and repair on Viking refrigerators please share. I only gave half a star because the techs were polite. UNETHICAL... Update, I found out that my appliance was covered under warranty and all the work was done for free. This so called reputable company obviously knows warranty years and should be asking and informing the customer. Look at write-ups in BBB posted on this company; you can clearly see this women's attitude toward customers in her response. This particular business is located at 6672 Boulder Hwy, Suite 6...
