I went to the vision center to get an eye exam and a new prescription for glasses. Dr. Chiodo was great and I thought the receptionist was very sweet and helpful. I finished my exam and then was able to pick out a new set of frames. I picked out an amazing pair that look great and fit well. Overall I am a very happy patient of the vision centers.

I just had my first eye exam appointment at The Vision Centers. I was very please with my overall appointment. The office is very nice, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, and the wait was minimal. I got a new pair of contact lenses and am seeing great now.

I was having a horrible time seeing far away and driving at night, when I almost got in an accident one night I knew I needed to go see an eye doctor to get a stronger prescription. I was pleased with the ease of scheduling an appointment when I called the vision centers and was happy the wait to see the doctor was minimal. Overall a good experience.

I decided I wanted to look into contact lenses so I booked an appointment with the vision centers. They were able to get me an appointment about a week out which was great. I arrived and only had a short wait before my appointment. The doctor was able to address all of my concerns about contacts. I now have my new contact lenses and can't believe how comfortable they are.

I was looking for a new eye doctor on my side of town and my neighbor recommended the vision centers. I had an overall great experience. The wait time was minimal and doctor spent time with me and never made me feel the appointment was rushed which I really appreciated.

I was having some trouble with my eye sight. I started noticing I couldn't see as well at night and long distances so I scheduled an appointment at the vision centers location by my home. Doctor was great and gave me the option of glasses or contacts, and I choose contacts. I am seeing so much better now thanks to my contacts.

When I compare Lenscrafters, or anyone else, for that matter, to 7 Hills, they all have 7 Hills beat hands down!
They have some of the worst customer service!
I came up to the desk to ask a question, and the receptionist was on a personal phone call, and totally disregarded me for appr. 45 seconds. But, that's only the beginning.
There are so many good deals out there to be gotten, so why would you go here? I should have read the reviews first.

The doctors at this location are okay. However, their staff is the most negligent, unreliable and impolite bunch I have ever encountered. Because their staff constantly caused problems and were difficult to communicate with, I will never return to this location again.

I originally chose this location because it was close to my home. I've been a patient with them for 6+ years and their service has just gotten worse each year. Every time I would need to pick up glasses, contacts, or solution from their office, I dreaded it - who wants to be ignored and treated badly? The receptionist and office manager are so unbelievably unprofessional and would rather chit chat amongst themselves instead of helping the customers waiting in the lobby. I once used my lunch break to pick up my contacts - what a mistake that was! When I approached the counter I stood there for 2-3min while the receptionist arranged paperwork. Not once did she glance at me. And when I finally asked if I could pick up my contacts, the receptionist snapped back and told me to sign in... they would be with me shortly. So I sat, waited 28 minutes until the receptionist finished what she was doing. When I told her couldn't wait any longer because I only had an hour, she finally went to the back to grab another girl to help me. And again they had me wait because they couldn't locate my special ordered contacts at the moment.

The also never return your call, they forget to order your glasses, forget to call when your glasses/contacts are in, forget to charge fees at the time of the visit and then attempt to bill you at a later date, they give you expired coupons, they give you the runaround when they owe you a refund, and they argue instead of listening to what you are saying. Warning: Do not use Seven Hills Vision Center?? services unless you intentionally want to experience the worst customer service ever!

Dr Chiodo was nice but the staff was bad the girl in the front counter was very rude her name was Stephanie i never met someone very rude like her she told me to wait she was not proffesional at all. i dont recomend anyone to go here they wanted to charge me twice for my eye exam just because i wanted other brand of contancts.

I went there last year so I got this voice mail saying I had set up an appointment for this year in December. The voicemail said this appointment would be held for me and to call them to let them know either way.
It was my understanding that I only needed to call if that date and time was not good for me.
I showed up on the date and time specified and was told since I never called my appt was given to someone else. I argued that my voicemail said the time was held, I had driven almost 20 miles to keep this appt and this is not acceptable.
The receptionist kept arugueing and claiming my voice mail did indeed to tell me to call or else it would not be held. I then called my voice mail and let her listen to it. She then said "Sounds clear to me". I said what are you talking about Nowhere did it say to call OR ELSE, it said my appt was SET and it was my understanding that saying call either way means call if you can't make it.
She continued arguing and getting very belligerent with me. I said, in the future you really should specify on the voice mail that if the person does NOT call then the appt WILL be forfeited because that is NOT what was said on my voicemail. It was ambiguous at best.
She then said "Well we cannot leave 10 minute voice mails as we have dozens to call". Are you KIDDING ME?? It takes 10 minutes to add that disclaimer that will in the future prevent for others what happened to me!
She then said I can come the next week, I said no, I drove this far and wont again. In fact I will never go back to where I was treated so rudely!

I had an appointment at 10am. At 10:50 I asked how much longer it was going to be. No one knew and no one apologized for the exceedingly long wait. Obvioulsy, I cancelled the appointment. They seem to think you have nothing better to do than wait on their convenience to be seen. Lots of other places close by will take you on time and be pleasant!!! Stay away from these people. They don't desever their jobs.

I picked up my 2nd trial of contacts and i told them I like my first set of trials so please write me up my prescription. When i compared it to the labels from my trials it was wrong. So I told the girl at the front desk and she explained to me this is what you wanted and this is what the doctor wrote but i told her something is not right and she said your gonna have to pay again to see the doctor! Bottom line is-the trials given to me was wrong! The prescription was wrong! The whole entire experience was horrible! DONT EVER COME HERE!

Make sure the charges are correct. I was told one amount which I paid then when I came to pick up my contacts, there was an additional $30 charge. I asked why I was notified when the error was found, it is not their polcy. The person behind the counter was less than friendly.

Will never return nor will my family and many of my friends that I referred over. BIG MISTAKE!!!

The staff is friendly, they were a great help! I have recommended all of my co-workers there. The girl I worked with understood that I was terrified of wearing glasses and helped me find the perfect pair to fit me.

This is my first time writing a review but after reading the others I had to speak up. 7 Hills Vsion is a great place. I have NEVER had a problem there after many years. My glasses have always been done correctly and the staff cares about what they are doing.

I require a strong correction, especially in my left eye, so I ordered high-index lenses, which are not supposed to be thick. What Seven Hills gave me was a pair of nerd glasses. In addition, the optician did not suggest anti-reflective coating, and this adds to the unattractive look of the glasses. I had to ship these glasses overseas?at a cost of more than $300?but they are practically worthless. An assistant at the shop claimed that the lenses the shop provided are high-index, but the lenses in my older pair of glasses are at least half as thick, and my prescription has changed little. Unless you like to look nerdy, stay away from this optician.
