This place is all show but has nothing of deep value in the experience. Honestly I love trying out new places but this was one huge disappointment I could of avoided. The food looked and tasted fake, the sauces tasted like the ones I buy at Costco and the portions were so small that for the price they were asking, I wasn't sure what exactly was I submitting myself to paying for it.
Do yourself a favor if you want real asian food go next door to Bangkok or try anyone of the other Asian restaurants.

ok, this place gets a 4 or 5 star for ambiance and decor, but that's about it. food? horrible. i ordered a pad thai and it didn't taste anything like a pad thai. it just seemed like bland, sauteed-in-oil noodles with the normal ingredients. i could have been better off ordering take out lo mein for that matter. a friend and i talked to the manager and said that we aren't happy with the pad thai because it doesn't taste like pad thai AT ALL, and not only didn't he apologize or seemed concerned at all, but he rudely took the plates away and said to talk to the waiter about it. oh, by the way, the drink my friend ordered, had a fly in it. A FLY for goodness sake! all the food there is way too overpriced. i would be ok with paying whatever amount if the food was good, but it wasn't even satisfactory. i'd say below average. and the unagi don that my boyfriend ordered had about 6 thin slices of eel and a little flower shaped rice ball. cmon now, an elementary school kid can eat all that, and would still be hungry. now i've been to many thai/japanese places, and yes japanese portions are small in general, but this was just out of control small. with their prices, i'd say you're paying to just sit in a nicely decorated room with nice lighting. if you're looking for good food, go somewhere else - you certainly won't find it here. its ridiculous how much they charge you for such below average food. my friend and i ended up not ordering anything else after we returned the pad thai and we certainly won't go here ever again! i would be shocked if this place stays open, unless there are serious changes in the kitchen and chefs.
