We live in Elyria, had Ohio State Waterproofing do our basement and they completed the entire job in two days which we were thrilled about. They had a courteous crew that kept busy the entire time they were here, they did not goof around. The foreman was very pleasant and explained things very well as to what the crew was doing along every step of the process. We had three small bushes out front that we no longer wanted to keep and they hauled them away for us. They wiped things down when they were done but we had to do a secondary clean as there was still cement dust covering things but I feel that would be normal regardless of who did the work. So overall we have no complaints at this time with Ohio State Waterproofing. We would recommend them to our family and friends. They did exactly what we were told would be done.

I had my basement waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing a couple years ago. I am pleased with the work that was done and the result. The amount of water that was pouring in my basement was unbelievable and now my house is free from mold and mildew smell. My children are able to have their toys in the basement and play with no worries.

I had a very positive experience with Ohio State Waterproofing the second time around. We actually explored using them in our first house, and felt like the salesperson at that time was engaging in a hard sell. In our second home, we explored options for waterproofing, and went back to Ohio State Waterproofing for an estimate and overview.

The second time around we found a new salesperson to be very different from our first experience. He, and eventually the crew, were professional, efficient, and helpful. They completed their work in a timely manner, paid attention to details, and explained what and why they were doing it.

Our basement has been bone dry since their work, and Ohio State Waterproofing has allowed us to enjoy it with peace of mind.

My recent experience with Ohio State Waterproofing was great. The foreman and crew did a wonderful job. They were courteous and professional. We were kept updated daily on the progress. My husband and I contacted Ohio State Waterproofing before anyone else because of their excellent reputation and on the recommendation of a few of our friends. We were not disappointed! Their in-home consultant was professional, thorough and friendly, and explained everything about the process. The work was done in a timely manner exactly when it was promised, and took no more than the estimated time. The crew was neat and respectful of our property. From July 23rd till July 27th Ohio State Waterproofing worked on waterproofing our basement her in Cortland, OH. During this time they did an excellent work and were always very professional, polite and hard working. After completion of the work around the house you couldn??t even tell that the day before there were trenches dug around the house. They even managed to leave all the plants by the house in good health. They also did a great job of finishing the basement inside the house, again making it hard to believe that a couple days earlier it was full of big chunks of cement. A week I thought would be dreadful actually was a very minor inconvenience. I would recommend this for anyone who needs to have their basement waterproofed.

We had our basement waterproofed several years ago. The team that came out was extremely professional and friendly. They got the job done in a timely and efficient manner. We had a problem a couple years later and they sent a person out right away. Overall, we are happy with the job.

I had my basement waterproofed in the spring of 2011 when it rained in Northeast Ohio for 3 months straight. Ohio State Waterproofing really works. What I like best about them is their warranty. They really do come back to fix anything that is not to your satisfaction. I highly recommend the company.

i had my basement done in Ravenna Ohio this past summer. The crew was polite and hard working. It is very labor intensive work and they kept a great attitude the whole time. the job appears to be fine. I say appears because unlike last summer we just cannot seem to get rain. I have no doubt it fixed my issues and i am sure they will handle it if it doesnt.

This is the 3rd house I've had waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing. I have been totally satisfied with their work. I was so happy being able to turn the basement into a "party room". They are always available if needed. I would definitely use and recommend Ohio State Waterproofing.

I bought my home in part because it was waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing. A decision I have never regretted; especially after last year when we had the wettest year in 100 years! My backyard was completely submersed in water, and not one drop of it got into my house. Thank you Ohio State Waterproofing; without you, I'd literally be sunk!

I had Ohio State Waterproofing done in April of 2008. I was so glad I had them do it. My cellar has been very dry,clean and odor free.I also got the E-Z brethe, It has kept the the air fresh and clean. It has also helped me with my asthma.
They were very nice and cleaned up after the job was done. No complaints at all.
Last year they had to replace the sump. No problems and no cost.

I have had Ohio State Waterproofing done at 2 homes.
Mine was done probably 15-20 years ago. My basement was very damp, tools rusting etc. After their expert installation the basement was dry and no more rusting. They were in and out in 3 days and did a great job cleaning up. They even put all the exterior shrubs back exactly where they were before installation. I could not have been more pleased, and still am. In all this time I have had only one service call (sump pump connections) and they were there immediately to fix it. I would recommend subscribing to the annual service contract as it is inexpensive and assures quick service.
I recently had my mother's house waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing. Their technique immediately fixed the dampness in that house too. When it came to do mom's house my only call was to Ohio State Waterproofing. When a product works, is priced right, and the install team is courteous and efficient, why call anyone else.
If I ever need waterproofing again, my only call will be to Ohio State Waterproofing. I tell all my friends what a great job they did on both my houses.

I bought my home 9 years ago and renewed this policy from the original owners and never had a problem.. I did have some work done on the outside of my home and everythin g is still nice and dry. Heather is very nice and helpful thanks

We bought a home that had been waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing 30 years earlier, so we inherited the warranty when we moved in. Since that time, we have had them out to check out a small water problem and they responded quickly and professionally. They really stand by their work and seem to have very high standards!

Our home is old with a tile basement. Prior to 2002 we had a moterate to severe water problem in the basement that I judged to be unfixable. My wife set up an appointment to see if there was any hope. An Ohio State Waterproofing employee explained the problem, offered a solution, I bought it and now the problem is solved. For 10 years, my basement has been dry.

We moved into a home where the previous owners had used ohio state waterproofing. We have lived in the home for 4 years now and have had one minor problem in our basement. I called Ohio State Waterproofing and they came out right away and fixed the problem. Every working I have had contact with has been friendly. Great and Prompt service!

Ohio State Waterproofing has always guaranteed their work. We have had a few septic pumps replaced with no problems. They have also had to do some digging and resealing around the foundation due to water damage on the basement wall and it is holding up fine. The yearly maintenance fee has been worth it for us.
