Had a great experiance at the dealership the finance person was great the only problem I had is when I arrived the salesperson was sitting on a bench in front smoking and when he approached me i could smell smoke on him. Where I work smoking is allowed but out of sight of the customers.

They said they opened at 7:00 am. However, when I arrived about 7:45, I was told the oil changing staff didn't arrive until 8:00. So they weren't able to get with my car immediately. However, I was the first and they got it out very fast and I was pleased with their promptness once they arrived.

Have a service advisor meet me with the paperwork... rather than the girl at the counter that just takes the payments. I had to go out in the bay and ask someone about the work. Jason is the person I normally have help me because of his previous excellent service... and will continue to ask for by name... once I found him and asked him about the work everything was fine.

The only thing I can think of is maybe a waiting area that is more comfortable. It wasn`t bad but I did think to myself that I was glad I didn`t have my kid with me because she would have been bored to death. Overall it was really good

My wife took her '05 Pacifica in for an oil change. They performed a "free inspection" finding that her front brakes were in serious need of immediate replacement. She was informed that if not done her rotors would be ruined costing us

I was expecting a short stay for the seat belt fix but i was at the dealership quite a while as the service mgr did not realize I had a convertible and the fix would take longer. But i am pleased that the seat belt now functions properly

Your sales men... Andrew Thornton... did a great job. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He worked hard with the sales manager to get me to where I needed to be to buy the truck I wanted. He was very up front and honest and did not try to jerk me around... a quality hard to find these days in sales people. Also had very good deals with Reiko Knight in the finance department. He did a great job of explaining all the paper work to me and getting me a very good interest rate on my loan. These are two employees you need to take care of and keep around. As a manger myself I know it is hard to find good people and good employees.
