I am so glad I found this clinic, they are all wonderful and caring here. My pets and I have been treated like family here, unlike the previous clinic I went to. The staff, from the Technician to the doctors and everyone else I didn't mention, are the best, they ask how my own family is and the rest of my pets are doing. We will always be in great hands when it is needed. I will recommend this clinic to anyone that asks me.

I have 8 animals and I have taken 4 of them to see Dr. Anderson. I have been impressed with the wonderful treatment my animals and I have received at Four Corners. From the receptionist to the techs they have all been top notch! As far as the other 2 people writing a bad review: No one called me from Pet companion to tell me how sorry they were when my pet died, they wouldn't even give him pain medication knowing he was on his death bed. As far as Dr. Anderson being so mean to your puppy I am sure there was a reason for the comment if indeed it was said. Thank you Dr. Anderson and staff for the generosity, care and professionalism you have shown each and every time I have asked for your help with my animals.

I recently became the owner of the most beautiful puppy in the world. I was referred to Four Corners animal hospital by a friend of mine. From the moment I called to schedule the appointment to the time I walked out the door, my visit was fun as well as professional. I walked in the door and was greeted in a very down home style friendly way. She greeted my puppy by name and everyone the receptionist, techs and Dr. Anderson all thought she was the cutest thing ever, she even got a little Puppy Pack full of toys and products. I enjoy each trip in, its just a fun place. I will and continue to refer people to Four Corners because they clearly love what they are doing and it shows!

The doctor and staff are so nice:)
Everyone was loving on my dog from the moment I walked in.
The doctor was very informative and took the time to answer all my questions.
It doesn't stink like most vet clinics.
I have recommended 4 Corners to all my friends and family with pets.

I got my puppy from scamps, and received a certificate for a free puppy exam at four corners veterinary clinic. I took my month and a half old, 6 lb. new puppy, the love of my life, to see ''Dr." Anderson (if you can even call her a doctor) a few weeks after i had brought him home. Walking in to the office i was not greeted by anybody, and as far as i knew, no one was even there. After waiting at least ten minutes, (and also being the only person in the waiting room) I was finally allowed to sign in.
Frankie (my puppy) and i went into the back room for his exam. "Dr," Anderson immediately grabbed my dogs head with both hands extremely aggressively, (im assuming trying to look in his ear) and when my puppy growled, she and her assistant, literally JUMPED on my dog, using her forearm in his throat to keep him down, and her assistant LAYING on his lower half. Keep in mind, my dog is a lhasa apso, who at the time was only a month and a half old, not weighing more than 6 lbs.

As they are laying on the table, frantically trying to control my tiny dog, "Dr." anderson is screaming at me, "YOUR DOG NEEDS TO BE EUTHANIZED. A DOG LIKE THIS NEEDS TO BE PUT DOWN. IM GOING TO EUTHANIZE THIS DOG IF IT BITES ME"

Needless to say, i have never, and never will step one foot into that clinic other than to tell them how disgusting they are.

I was devastated, disturbed, and appalled that she would say that. And it didn't even seem to bother her that her actions had brought me to tears. A person who loves animals goes into the veterinary field, Not a black-hearted, animal hater.

"Dr."anderson needs to lose her liscense. Please, Please, if you love your animals, do NOT take them to four corners!

We took our dog in to get him checked up. They gave him some vaccinations (including rabies). Two months later we called and asked about boosters. They said that he was due a month ago. I got no reminder call. Then when my husband took him in, (having no idea what was going on) because I had to work, they gave him the SAME rabies shot that he already had, because they lost his chart and "forgot" that he had already received it. Plus, we had to pay for the vaccine, AGAIN. The office manager is nasty to coworkers and customers. I was ignored for 5 minutes while waiting to ask for a pen to fill out the forms. After two visits, I will NOT return. If you are a Scamps customer using your free office visit, take the animal to them so that Scamps will pay for anything that needs to be done (like for kennel cough which our dog had) and then get your animal to somewhere else! I don't trust their judgment.

Ever since Dr Anderson and her mamager who own Holidays Boarding Kennels took this practice over the service has went totally down hill. This used to be a wonderful place to take your animals. They were caring. Now they rush you in and out, dont send out reminders of when things are due. It seems like the dr is always out to a late lunch, she could care less about the appt times. I cant tell you how many times I have been in there when the office manager has been in there YELLING at workers. This person is soooooooo very unprofessional. It was a sad day when Dr Wisser sold to this new person.

I took my cats to Four Corners Animal Hospital for regular shots and checkups since we moved from Texas to Oregon in late 2001. Initially the staff was friendly and attentive, but over the last six months or so I had begun to notice changes in staff and the office seemed more rushed and less friendly and attentive. When my cat Bill began to decline in health due to aging and excessive vomitting, the vets did not seem overly concerned; they changed his medication, which seemed to hasten his decline, and then did not make any follow up calls to check on his progress. Sadly, his health plummeted and after he had stopped eating and drinking we took him to the emergency room where we were told that his kidneys were failing and that hope of recovery was unrealistic, and it was there that we made the painful choice of having him euthanized.

What was especially disheartening was the attitude of the staff at Four Corners. When I called on the Monday after Bill died to tell them, not one person said, "I'm sorry," nor offered condolences of any kind. And Bill was their patient for over five years! No one called, no one sent a card...no one at Four Corners seemed to care that he was gone. Even the emergency clinic staff, who knew Bill for less than 2 hours, offered their condolences, shook our hands, and sent us a card signed by the vets on duty that night.

I did not expect flowers or anything special, but that Four Corners did not seem concerned about checking up on Bill during the change in his medication, did not seem in the least bit concerned about his passing, and seemed downright indifferent when I called to inform them that I was changing vet's offices was disheartening. I am just sorry that I did not change offices months ago. Although I don't blame Four Corners for Bill's death as he was 14, I cannot recommend a veterinary clinic that seems to have such little regard for their patients or their bereaved parents.
