I love the gary mathew Nashville dodge store and I miss Mike Trivigno General Manger he always taken the time to talk to me and always was trying to sell me a new vehicle. Mike Trivigno is the reason why I come back here . Mike Trivigno was sincere Mike trivigno was polite and respected my family . I never delbt with a sales manager that went out and talk to everybody like he did . Mike Trivigo was not stuck behind a wall you could not talk to he was always everywhere . I had problem in service he gave me a hat and a oil change .

I have bought my charger from Nashville Chrysler . I recieve the best treatment from Mike Trivigno General Manager . I am upset because he is no longer there. I am happy to say thou the service is still great since Gary Mathew reopen store after Chrysler took store away from the other owner, I still wish Mike Trivigno the sales manager was still here.

I am glad to see Nashville Dodge open up again !! I bought many cars from Mike Trivigno the Gm at the time !!! He was a great guy and he always kept his word !!! I went their after he resign and delbt with a guy William Hockit he was rude and had no time for me !!! Mike Trivigno always took his time to deal with our family needs !!! I will try Gary Mathews now and see if the service is as good as when Mike Trivigno was there .

I met Mike at Nashville Dodge back april 2008 right before he left to work for South East Chrysler. My family and I bought many cars from him . He treated us with respect and kindness . He was always a man of his word. We also followed him to South East to buy cars also.

When he was the GM of the Nashville Dodge it was a pleasant place to do business !!Service department was excellent and the sales staff was professional. We Brought our jeep in for problems with the gauges on the dash and that the battery was not charging.
First they said the battery was not talking to the computer... claiming a bad cell.
however the battery bench tested fine three days before and a week before that.
Then Quomi said the "oil gauge was not reading right due to bad oil and the screen needed to be cleaned. They did a flush and changed the oil and the oil pressure sensor.
When I called him on What does an oil change have to do with the computer problem he was supposed to be diagnosing he said " Apples and oranges .... when the oil is loosing viscosity the gauge will not read correctly and will drop out....."
then recommended a "trans fuel induction service."
on the invoice it came up as a transmission flush and a fuel system cleaning$$.
Quomi said he would email me the estimates and problems as found.
He did not.
We Are completely unsatisfied!!

I just bought a new ram 1500 last week. I was pleaseantly surprised by the way i was treated from my salesman. At first look, he was a short, red headed irishman with a latino last name. I have never seen a red-headed boy with the last name: Rodriguez. He made me smile from the time he inroduced himself till the time he handed me the keys to my new truck. The highlight being when he couldnt reach the pedals on the test drive because he was so short. LOL The manager even came out and shook my hand when he congradulated me on my new truck. I met the service manager and I believe he was sincere when he told me he would take care of my truck just like it was his own. Overall, I had a great experience while I was there. I dont dread going back for oil changes and my perception of car dealerships has changed. Buying a car can be fun!! I highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to go to Nashville Dodge. Just ask for the short, red-headed guy..........

In February, we purchased a 2003 Dodge Caravan. We loved it. Brian the Finance Manager told us of a great maintenance package for free oil changes which we agreed to and when offered the extended warranty, we declined it. So I was surprised after a few weeks that I received an extended warranty contract with a card but I thought maybe that was part of the maintenance package. In April, when I went to do our first oil change there was no record of our maintenance package. I spoke to Brian who told me that there must have been a mix up but he would take care of this. He even cleared for me to get my oil change that day for free. This went on for a few weeks. Then came the time when Brian was no longer at Nashville Dodge. I spoke to a woman named Nancy who is the Manager. She states that everything that Brian told me was a incorrect (aka lie). She stated that the contract we signed was not the contract that we had agreed to. She told us that the maintenance package was not part of the offer and the extended warranty had been expired due to the way that the financing went for our van. I asked her why would Brian tell us that everything would be fixed and that we would receive our maintenance package that would be mailed to us and that it was just a mistake in the system. She stated that she didn't know what he said and she nor the Owner would honor anything that we signed for on the first set of papers that we did with Brian. Next They have more respect for their customers' than Nashville Dodge. You may see my van with a neon yellow sign on that back that will state "DODGE BUYERS BEWARE!! NASHVILLE DODGE DOESN'T BAIT AND SWITCH VEHICLES BUT THEY DO BAIT AND SWITCH CONTRACTS!". So far, we have had to pay for the front axles to be replaced and the now we have to have the CD/DVD player to replace. Nashville Dodge states that our vehicle does not have a CD/DVD player. Nancy saids that nothing is covered. time I will go to J.D. Byrider.
