EPB has become complacent as a service provider. They have an issue with redialing from the caller ID... When someone calls, the area code registers, but EPB requires using the number 1 before the area code when dialing, so there is no ability to call from the redial function. Sounds confusing, but I have asked for 18 months for someone at EPB to fix this. Promises but no delivery! The second issue involves quality of cable service. HD stations such as IDHD routinely go off the air for hours at a time, to every box in our home. EPB has not been able to solve this issue. Customer Service calls our home after we send emails, and treats us with a very matter of fact attitude? of ?take it or leave it?!\n\nAll-in-all, the ""Darling Phase"" of the EPB Fiber Optics start-up is over, and when it?s all said and done, they are not much better than the competition, who is effectively advertising the ""Welcome Back"" message.\n\nTo be the true leader in the market, you have to be able to consistently demonstrate a superior product and service. EPB Fiber Optics falls short of this mark!\n
