I purchased several rental properties from Texas Cash Cow Investments, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. My cash was doing nothing sitting in the bank. Phillip and his team at Texas Cash Cow made it easy to put that cash to work with some properties in Dallas. The returns are healthy, the transaction was seamless, and the property management company is doing a great job managing my investment. I can't say enough good things about the team at Texas Cash Cow Investments.

I purchased several homes from Texas Cash Cow Investments in Spring of 2014 and could not be happier. Mr. Carter was very easy to work with and help us throughout the entire process. He is a very knowledgeable man and we felt very educated on our purchases. Since owning the homes the income return has been better than what we anticipated. We have recently purchased a commercial suite from Phillip also and so far we have been very pleased with it as well. Look forward to working with him more in the future.

I have to take a lot of initiative to purchase the property from Texas Cash Cow. I never have experience like this for other turnkey companies. I cannot denied they have a lot of properties available in Dallas area for sale; however, their service for selling the property is very poor. They made me go the through the whole loan application and told me that the property was already sold after the loan is approved. And I was not informed it was sold after I contacted them 1.5 weeks later. Do your due diligence if you want to do business with them.

I agree with the post below that there have been several changes including managment over the past year. I have been lucky with both my properties over the past 2.5 years. There have been a few city notices on the lawns but they were resolved. Relative to my Utah properties and the appreciation I was sold on there, I'm very content with the performance on my Texas properties. I have recommended their homes to several of my family members as well. I can't speak for them but as far as I know they are happy with their investments.

There have been some problems with the management company in the past. But things have changed and the current staff has been nothing but helpful. They answer all questions and have worked very diligently to get my property rented. I am very happy with the direction and leadership at CCMG

I agree with Bob K. and Why G. TCCI has a good product on the front end, but the property management piece (with both 925 Properties and CCMG) has been abysmal. I have 3 properties; one them remained vacant for 7 months. During the last two months of the vacancy, the property was vandalized 3 times. I had to fly out there from California 2 times to put an end to it and to make a tenant was placed in the house. I lost enough money to buy another house. These guys desperately need to improve their communication, record keeping and accountability,

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the first reviewer. After an excellent first year in which Phillip made good on all his promises, the vacancy rate on my four houses went to 30% and income from the property did not quite meet expenses. The staff at CCMG has turned over completely in the last year, and while everyone there is friendly, they don't seem to know what to do. Phillip is a smart guy, but there's a lot of work to do to get the situation in hand, and I hope he does that before he gets discouraged and walks. Meanwhile, I'm getting proposals from competing property management companies. My friend is in the same boat, with two houses.
