Texas Green Air aarrived during their set time period Despite the chaos of home repair professionals, Eran and his partner (sorry, I can't remeber his name) were very helpful and courteous. They cleaned my dryer vent, my kitchen vent, and made preventative suggestions. They did a great job and would recommend them again.
Fast, professional and explained everything.
Job was done in a timely manner.
My only complaint is that I requested a phone call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Neither when they came to do the bid nor when they came to do the work did they call in advance.
That is one of my pet peeves. If I ask you to call before you show up i insist you do it. That is a reasonable request.
Nice Guys and appeared to do the job thoroughly and properly.
He was prompt and courteous. He did the job quickly and cleaned up after himself before leaving.
Excellent service. Technicians were very polite and cleaned up after themselfs. The only thing I would recommnend is that when setting up an appointment with them, they need to be clear of the charges, how many ducts are included in the clean and that includes return air. They charged additional $20.00 that I was not aware of, Other than that, I recommend them to anyone.
THE BEST. They cleaned the ducts and on top of that, offered to clean the ceiling fans or dryer vent free of charge (I picked the ceiling fans) They were fun and so nice. I would recommend them to anyone. Our furnace had never been serviced or cleaned for YEARS. Eran went in and cleaned it all and brought us up to date on how to conserve energy and how to adjust the thermostat. Anyone would find it a pleasure to have them come out.
PS The price was FANTASTIC!
Arrived on time. Very professional and patient. I am a new condo resident, so the technician and I had to search for the proper exterior vent. Very thorough cleaning job.
Timely & went out of their way not to disturb my pregnant self and toddler. Worked on one end of house, while we used other. Did not try to bamboozle me out of extra services and give me outrageous prices.
Would use again!
