I have eaten here before, and thought that I would give it another chance. Big mistake. We called ahead of time to order two burgers, so that they would be ready when we arrived. The person that we spoke to said that our order would be ready in 7-10 minutes. We showed up exactly 15 minutes after placing the call. At that point, we were told that our burgers were not ready and it would be a few more minutes. So we waited. The original 7-10 minutes ended up being a 26 minute wait. There is nothing fast about this fast food. The employee that served us was not at all professional. When we arrived, we waited in the drive-thru for a few minutes before anybody even attempted to serve us. She acted like we shouldn't be surprised at the cost. And at one point, we were sure that they had forgotten that we were waiting in their drive-thru. But we expected decent food, and we had already paid, so we continued to wait. We got home with our food, and both of our burgers were extremely burned. Every time that we have eaten there, there has been something wrong with what we order, but it is close to our house, so we thought it would be convenient. In the end, it was a waste of our time, and these two burgers were definately NOT worth almost fifteen dollars. Never again will I even consider paying $6.75 for a burger, especially one as terrible as these were. All they were were mediocre burgers that made a big mess. I will never be eating at this restaurant again, and I encourage anybody looking for a quick meal to eat elsewhere.

I love this place. I have been back repetedly so i can try everything on their menu and while a few items were merely ok nothing was terrible. AND most of it was Incredible!

Their Stuffed burgers are a must if youve never had one before. For thoes who dont know what that us they put the cheese inside the meet. My two personal favriots and the stuffed mushroom swiss burger, and the stuffed philly burger. warning though Stuffed burgers adds an extra 10 minutes to your wait time sometimes more or less simply because they make it fresh and it takes time to cool it right with cheese in it. also warning about eating the stuffed burger the melted cheese can come out Lava Hot a friend of mine found out to his regret so be careful about that first bite or two amd after the burns he said it was the best burger he had in years that he could taste of it. you can let it cool and blow on it.

But this place is not a one trick pony. their mexican food is fantastic especially the Flautas. The Chimychonga was excellet, and the burrito was huge. they dont skimp on serving sizes. Their side dishes leave a little to be desired but they will blow you out of the water with their bone in wings. for wing lovers out there youll be hard pressed to find a tastier sauce. the wing size is on the smallish to medium size but the flavor is worth it..

Their italian food portion of thier menu is small but tasty. i liked what i eat, and if it wasnt the best ive ever had for the price i would definetely go their again it was pretty good.

their chicken dinners were also real good, nothing to compain about there whatever these guys cook they make sure to give it tons of flavor. I wanna shake the mans hand who invented the recipes for this place

And Finally the sandwiches. What got me hooked was their Meatball Sub. If you are a meatball sub lover you will appreciate the best one ive had in all of utah at this place. and ive been to the best places around such as the Legendary Moochies in salt lake. But the meatball sub at gustavos blows all the competition away. their specialty sandwhiched are really good too only complaint there is the chicken patties they put on their chicken sandwhiches are a little on the thin small side.

Yes this place has a few problems Lava Hot stuffed cheese Burgers With Volcano level Flavor. Slightly longer wait times with certain items, which only make you hungrier for the awesome wave of deliciousneous that they are about to throw at your face. and smallish portions on a chicken sandwich that id still sell my first born for. whatever their problems. They got the flavor market cornered. no im not a employee i just a guy who lives up the street live up the street and knows damn food food when he sees/eats it.

We were so excited to get a nice sandwich shop close to home and Gustavo's was supposed to be the answer. They can't seem to get service right. The food is very slow coming out to the point that cold food is warm and warm food is cold. The other night we called in our order at 7:48pm. We were told it was a 10 min wait. We got there at 8:00pm and were told it would be another 5 mins because they were backed up. 15 mins later we finally got our food. I tried to complain to the manager and he called me a liar and said it has never taken 25 mins to get an order in his store and that if I was unhappy to just never come back. I do not like being called a liar and if I hadn't have already paid for my food I would have thrown it back at him and told him where to stick it. I tried to call him back later to give him a chance to apologize, and he continued to argue with me that I lied about the time it took to get my food and that he didn't care for my business.

Pros: Good food once you finally get it

Cons: Horrible Service; Horrible Manager
