Generally I was pleased with my purchase of a mattress set that came with a 23"" TV. I was told when I purchased them that when they delivered the mattress set, they would set it up for me. That didn't happen because they said I had to have my old bed out of the room. I didn't know that so I ended up having a very long night tearing out the old bed and setting up the new bed all by myself, since I live alone. Still once it was set up, it was great.

The customer service here was horrid. We bought a beautiful little princess bed that needed to be assembled. After talking with the customer service department and deciding that we would not be able to assemble the bed, they sold us their advantage delivery plan. We paid 79 dollars for a year of delivery and assembly service. The plan states this is a 5 star service where they will deliver and assemble and clean up afterwards. They showed up at the sceduled time wit this bed in a box. One delivery man was trying to wrap the box with enough packing tape to keep all the parts in. The other one informed me they do not assemble this because it is an RTA. When I asked what an RTA is, they looked at each other and snickered. They refuse to assemble it. Customer service started by telling us of course they would assemble it. They would redeliver and assemble it for us. Then they called back and said they could not do that. Then a different person said they could and would assemble it. Then they called back and said there had been a miscommunication. They do not assemble products that take that long to assemble. What?! They only do it if it is easy. I would do it myself if it was easy. They said there is a sign on the furniture that says RTA if it will not be assembled. Nobody ever told me what RTA stands for. I thinks it means refuse to assemble. Save your money on the ""five star delivery"".

We got there and were informed they wanted us to pay for the part they left out of our order. We escalated to the manager of the store, the national customers service etc. and they all said they understood we shouldn?t have to pay but were unable to wave the fee themselves. Finally as we were about to leave the store after an hour and a half of being sent in circles with employees in the store and on the phone we got a call saying they could wave the fee for the parts they didn?t give us. While some of the staff was good others were rude and they all prioritized salesmen?s requests over ours despite our long wait.\r\n\r\nIt is not uncommon for someone to forget to include parts in a package but to take nearly two hours to get the parts released after they already have them in the store is pretty unforgivable.\r\n\r\nThe only redeeming virtue of the trip is that the complimentary hot dogs were very well seasoned.
