.

Perhaps due to the onslaught of new coupon clients, Michael seems overwhelmed & lackluster. The intake process wasn't thorough & was rushed. There was no explanation of what to expect, what the classes entail, or much else.

There is a big difference between the AM & PM class intensity & instructor involvement. The AM classes have instructors who cater to each type of student.... basic, intermediate, or advanced.

From the owner, I expect more... better shape, better orientation, better program explanation.

Pros: The aerobics style classes work. Results are based on individual effort & discipline. The AM instructors push students.

Cons: The newsletter email sent by the owner is presented as his own work (no credit is stated nor implied otherwise), but a quick Google search shows otherwise. It's taken verbatim from others.

Better class size control is needed instead of being told "show up at any class".

For a facility that has no equipment, no machines, no pool, no free weights, no courts, etc... the rates are astronomical... as much as $139/month.
