This is a great Yoga Studio, probably the best I've been so far.
The place is really clean and the instructors are really nice and knowledgeable. Having the owners working there gives that extra touch and attention from them.

I started hot yoga for the first time in July, 2010. I searched online for a studio with 3 things in mind:\r
A. Location\r
B. Studio design\r
C. Customer service\r
I found several in Redmond, convenient for me, as I live on the eastside.

Unlike some other Hot Yoga studios in our area, this one is notable because:

I started at the stuidio in February and was looking for a change in my fitness routine. I considered myself to be in great shape prior to starting my practice at the studio. I had some past experience with Hot Yoga and with flow yoga. I started by integrating Yoga into my weekly fitness routine and practiced 3-4 days a week. I started to notice small subtle changes in my body. I then was inspired to start a 30 day challenge, which I finished on Mother's day. I know why they call yoga a practice now, because it takes a lot of practice, for me it is daily. I am now on my 41st day and it is something I look forward to everyday. I am still noticing small subtle changes, like my core is so much stronger. The instructors at the stuido are so encouraging and inspirational, I appreciate their support and dedication. The cleanliness of the stuido is the best and the air ventilation system is superb. I highly recommend adding hot yoga to your fitness routine and visiting Sammamish Hot Yoga, your visit will soon become your favorite place to practice.

When I first visited the studio, I was most impressed by the cleanliness and state of the art heating/ventilation system. The instructors were professional and friendly and they made me feel comfortable as a beginner, among the many advanced students. At first it was difficult practicing two days a week, but I was able to go at my own pace and I saw benefits right away, which encouraged me to stick with it. I had more energy, was sleeping better and I dropped 8 pounds in first 2 months :) They have been very supportive and that??s a big part of why I enjoy going there. One instructor heard that I was trying to lose weight and added an abdominal workout to my routine - they now call me 2 pack! A great bunch of people. Oh, did I mention that my stiff neck and shoulders from sitting at a computer all day have gotten better.

I would recommend Sammamish Hot yoga to beginners or advanced students, young or old.

This studio is awesome. First of all I lost 25 pounds in 3 weeks coming here twice a week on a 2200 calorie a day diet. This studio was my first experience with Yoga and the instructors made me feel so comfortable and made it easy to learn. Now that I've sort of got the hang of it I can see how thier classes can easily scale to people with more experience. The studio is huge, clean and that heating system must have cost them a fortune because it heats up and cools down in minutes. I would definately reccomend this place.

I began practicing hot yoga at Sammamish Hot Yoga this last November and had never so much as attended a regular yoga class. Within days, I was hooked. The studio is brand new and spotless and the instructors, Eliott and Sally are motivating, inspiring and incredibly knowledgeable. I have dropped three jean sizes, have abs for the first time ten years and have never felt this good in my entire life. I can honestly say this place changed my life and after viewing other studios for comparison know that this is the absolute best.??
