Callahan Concierge helped me with my move to my new home! I could not have done it without them! Yes i was skeptical at first, really how can someone help me be organized and complete a move on time!? Well they did!! Thank goodness! My concierge had me organized and up and packed in no time!

Callahan made it seamless! GREAT JOB!

I don't know how anyone in their RIGHT MIND could have a poor experience!

I don't know how anyone in their RIGHT MIND could have a poor experience!

Pros: The perfect personal assistant!

I started with Callahan in July 2008, 2 hours per visit, 2 times per month. Everything seemed to be going well. I would occasionally get notes asking how things were going. The person they sent did a great job.

In October I recommended my upstairs neighbors to Callahan. They didn't give me a thank you gift, but they did say thank you.

Suddenly, on February 27, out of the blue, I got an email:
Due to the cleaning schedule for us to continue to serve you with a fresh and clean home we would have to raise the amount of time spent at your home per clean from two hours to a longer minimum.

I had no idea what this meant. You'd think that with a good customer of 7 months they would have called, right? When I asked what was going on, they said the "team" needed more time to clean my apartment. They had stayed more than the 2 hours and I had not been charged.

When they first started coming, I was home when the cleaning person arrived and I would return just as she was leaving, exactly 2 hours later. So I know the place can be cleaned in 2 hours. If they were having trouble, I find it odd that they would let someone stay an extra 60-90 minutes and say nothing -- certainly more than once.

I learned my neighbors cancelled their service a few days before I got this notice. I can't help wondering if they found it wasn't worth their time to come for just 2 hours in the building and neighborhood.

Pros: Competent cleaning

Cons: You have to be very clear what you want, e.g., "extra" vs. "substitute for." And I think their last email was bizarre.

When I was matched up with my concierge, it was like a weight was lifted. This is such a great service. She does everything from making sure I have clean sheets to helping me plan my vacations. She even empties my trash! If you can afford it, call these girls. Over the Holidays, they saved my life. My concierge was even able to come out and bring grocceries to my home and wrap presents during the snow storm. Thats dedication.

I really could not live without this service. I started using them when I needed a last minute dinner planned and a gift purcahsed for a girlfriend. They blew me away with there attention to detail and now I use my concierge for everything! She keep my condo clean, my fridge stocked, makes sure my bills and paid on time, and even reminds me when its my moms birthday. If you're a busy person on the go, you need Callahan!

Pros: no monthly minimum, you work with the same concierge every time, great customer service

Cons: I didn't find them until last year, I wish they were apart of my life sooner!
