Upon planning my first dinner at a new job (on very short notice), I choose Troiani after being referred there by their sister restaurant El Gaucho. \r

The food and the service is top notch. The filet was like butter and cut with a fork. My husband, the pickiest eater ever said the steak was the best he's had. The crab cakes were nothing but lumps of fresh crab cooked to perfection

My husband & I went here for a Christmas dinner for his work and were a little hesitant after reading the reviews. One thing is that the bar is too small and gets really crowded and we had to flag down someone when we wanted something.

I figured I'd give Troiani a shot for my husband's birthday, despite the negative reviews. Our server, though quite pleasant, was in training and completely uninformed, not to mention we could hear the management berating him throughout
