My husband and I stayed one night at this Hyatt in preparation for a cruise that departed from Seattle. (We were supposed to stay two nights for a longer stay in the city but could not thanks to Delta messing up our flight. So we lost money for one night.) The front desk staff were understanding of our airline problem and reserved our room for us when we finally arrived. The room had a different layout than other rooms in which I have stayed elsewhere, but the room was comfortable and in good condition. The continental breakfast really impressed us, as it wasn't just doughnuts and coffee. The breakfast had a large selection (I went back for a few plates full of food!) and was for free, making it the best free breakfast that I've ever gotten from a hotel. The nightly rate was reasonable, not too high or too low. The hotel is located just on the outskirts of downtown, but the 24-hour shuttle bus can transport you to many places. They also recommended good restaurants in the surrounding area to us.
