I am not sure where the folks below were eating. We have been there twice and found the crepes to be dry and the wine selection to be poor. We had the jambon crepe both times, the first time it contained batter and was undercooked. The second time it was sorely lacking in filling. The citron crepe was dry and tasted like sugar, not lemon. The raspberry jam crepe was passable. The service was fine. The cider selection is good. A more diverse wine list would be appreciated. The crepes were not worth the cost; in one visit 3 dinner crepes, 2 dessert crepes, and 3 glasses of wine for 3 people was $90. Save your money and go elsewhere; there are at least 2 other crepe restaurants in town that are better.

I was sitting at a table in Cafe Flora when my eye spied La Cote Creperie across the way where Saint Germain used to be. I was praying for it to be as good as I imagined...oh, and it was. I've frequented 4 or 5 different creperies in Seattle and this little gem exceeded them all with their long list of buckwheat savory's and a sweets menu that included La Marron (chestnut butter), which as simple as it sounds, Creme de Marron's a sweet little guy that calls out to me every time I walk by a crepe stand in Paris, and La Cote Creperie's La Marron crepe beat out all of those crepe stands.
The staff was very lovely and attentive, our waitress suggested a yummy cider (I can't recall the name of it) that washed down my L'Alpine crepe perfectly.
I read the bad review bellow, I'm not sure what happened lady, but you would be doing yourself a disservice by not giving it a second chance. This place is adorable and delicious.

Unlike the other reviewer, my sisters and I were treated very well. The staff made us feel very comfortable and helped us select items on the menu. We loved the food and the cider so good. We will definitely come back soon. Merci.

The moment my friends and I walked into La Cote we were treated very coldly. The service continued this way throughout the meal. We were given nasty looks by the waitstaff for bringing our kids in for lunch in Madison Valley ( avery kid friendly neighborhood). I personally dine out with my 16 month old daughter and she is very well-behaved. I can understand nasty looks and bad service if she were being chaotic and I was one of the parents that did nothing about it but nothing like that happened. Our food took forever to come out...and it was just crepes...it was like they had to go back and milk the cow for the cheese and creme fraiche used. We asked for juice with our breakfast items and were told they didn't have any. We waited an extremely long time for our check to arrive which was surprising since it seems like we were being asked to leave the whole time. We thanked them upon leaving and received a grunt back from the waitress. Nice! We received similar service from the previous restaurant at this location, St. Germain...I think they are the same owners. The crepes actually were pretty good but definitely not worth a visit with this type of reception.
