It is like a dorm where the office is never open. If you enjoy being treated like a college student, it's not too bad. The apartments feel like dungeons with little light and no outside spots to go outside. look at every electrical/cable outlet to make sure they actually function.
I do like the location and parking situation, it just is not for me!

I stayed there for a week and now I'm moving there. Bedrooms are a bit small in the 2 bedroom lofts, but otherwise really nice, open, spacious plan. awesome ceilings and architecture.. a little theater room, putting green, community room with internet access, tv, and full kitchen, and small workout room all downstairs. you must have an electronic pass to enter the building, so it is secure. I'd recommend it.

Pros: Architecture, Underground parking available, location, spacious layout aside from bedrooms.
Cons: Not the safest neighborhood at night, but there is FAR worse!, Lighting in apartment isn't the best.
Filthy dirty building. No service. Staff could care less about residents. Elevator broken for 6 months and lanlord (gorman) put out a memo saying 1 elevator is enough. Called the owner Gary Gorman and he said that if I didnt like it that I should move.
