My father had bought a band new car had it for about 8 years I bought it off him drove it for about 2 years before the ORIGINAL clutch went. Brought it to joe??s fixed it for $800, and all is well at least I think. One year later clutch breaks after only 1 year so he tells me it is my bad driving that broke it even though I had drove on the original for 2 years ( that was 10 year old at the time) fixes it again but this time with some arguing only charges me $500, now all is well, wrong again. Breakes again 2 DAYS LATER and wants another $100. Long story short for one clutch $1400 and weeks in the shop; you tell me if you want this guy working on your car.

Joe Moore's Exxon did a terrible job for me. He had my car for 6 weeks, never got it fixed, and after a bill of $2750 I had to have it towed to another garage. Not only did he not fix it but he made it worse, I had to have a new engine put in and the new garage had it for less than 2 weeks and charges half of what he charged. I definitely got RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!!

I went to Joe Moore's Exxon for a repair and I was treated very well. They did everything they said and before they did some extras they called to get permission. The prices are excellent. I had been other places and they charged more. The more I deal with them the better I am treated.I do not feel you should rate a business on hearsay only your own experience.

PROS: good, dependable,fair
CONS:

I had to have my van repaired, didn't have the time, so I took it to Joe Moores Exxon. I needed to have wipers replaced and fixed. They left the rear wiper as is (not working) and then 3 week later I came back to have the car inspected. They rejected my van because the rear wiper didn't work. Now, while I was in the lobby I was talking with a young lady, probably freshman in college, who said they were gonna charge her over 800 dollars for a head gasket. Well the price seemed fair for the job, but then she told me what was wrong with the car. I have 7 years experience in automotive repair and the problem she described was a simple valve cover gasket. 30 bucks tops. I haven't been back since. They are the classic reason why the automotive repair industry has a hard time gaining respect.
