If I could give them a zero, I would. I sued them and won. Go through the Public Service Commission of West Virginia. If they lose and don't give you your money back, they lose their license!

these guys are thugs,, towing cars while people are trying to watch the football,, dirty business,, i went to get my car from them after they towed while i was at the game,, i go to pay in cash,, and guess what they don't have change, dirty business,,DIRTY BUSINESS i was parked along 705 east and got towed during the game, all the other towing companys i called while looking for my car all said,, you got towed from there during the game,,

My son's car was towed illegally by ERVIN'S Towing. We are hours away of just being at the apt. we pay for all summer and don't use...and his car was towed liked the wild west. The dispatch was very unhelpful and actually hung up on me and would NOT acknowledge they towed a tenants car. THIS COMPANY IS UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND CERTAINLY COULD USE SOME HELP IN HOW TO HANDLE MISTAKES THEY MAKE WITH AN UPSET CUSTOMER. -999999999 IS MY RATING.
