I bought a Nissan truck and was promised a $500 gas card. The salesman told me in the financing department that it took 48 hours to process and I would get it in about a week. When the card was never received in that time period, my husband called back and they informed him that "they did not tell me that", it would take 3 weeks total. After 6 weeks, we contacted Nissan and they informed us that Nissan do not do $500 gas card promotions. After several attempts to get this problem rectified, no one will return our call!!! These people will say whatever to get you in to buy a car and not fulfill their promises. I will NEVER buy a vehicle from Cole Nissan!!!!

The WORST experince I've every had trying to buy a car. Everything went well until they found out Beckley Honda excepted my price that I gave them first choice on. Then John Young (salesman) was taking his wife to Beckley so he said he couldn"t believe that they took my price and that he would go through their lot while in Beckley and see their inventory. After promising I would give them the last shot Cole still wanted 400.00 more than Beckley, so after declining JY told me then the best thing I could do was go buy their car which I did. Then he goes on to tell me the 400.00 I was saving that he would make up when I bring it in to be serviced. I let him know he's not the only dealer in the area that can service my vehicle, then after he had p____d me off I called Bill Cole and of course he didn't call the general manager did, and he was very appolgetic but he still didn't match Beckleys. So come Monday I'm calling Honda to complain about the way they treated me. So if you want a Honda and friendly people bypass Crumpecker Hill and go to Beckley great experience, small dealership but in this case smaller was MUCH BETTER. I dealt with Wayne he got some info from me the day before and we were there only 30 minutes and gone in our NEW HOHDA.

After searching several dealerships in West Virginia, I gathered several quotes and called Cole to see if they could beat my best quote found. After being told "we can beat that quote" I scheduled a Saturday to drive 4 hours to the dealership to a very unprofessional staff as well as a lie about beating the quote. Not only did I waste $40 in gas getting to Cole, they matched the existing quote that I received from a dealership only 2 miles away. When I presented my argument the financing team said that's all they could do, so I decided to go through with the matched quote rather than considering my 4 hour trip wasted. The finance manager that did my paperwork presented himself to be very nice until I refused the extended warrantee. Then he went out to grab another member of their team to come in and persuade me. Finally I had to demand that they stop pushing the warantee and complete the transaction so I could just leave by that point. After that, I sat in complete silence for 20 minutes as he methodically slapped papers in front of me to sign. A routine "thank you" was never issued when we were done; only a smirk that read, "thanks for not supporting my commission". Besides the finance team, the other sales guys here all smoke directly beside the waiting area with the door wide open and basically pay no mind to anyone waiting; might I add I waited for 2 hours due to "technical difficulties" so I was lucky enough to catch plenty of second hand smoke during their mutiple smoke breaks. After a week of thinking that I am an owner of a new vehicle, someone from Cole calls me to say that the financing work didn't process and they need more signatures, pay stubs, references faxed, etc. So at that point I technically didn't own the car, and my signature was needed 4 hours away. LOL!
Other than the sales and finance dept I can only comment on the reception girls that answer the phone calls, since I've been unfortuate enough to have to call. Whoever is ansewering your phones, please sit them in front of a customer service video. It's not proper to cut someone off in mid-sentence and throw them on hold. Also, a simple, "may I help you" as a greeting would not hurt!

Slogan should be,,, Leave your wallet at the door! I turned my rental in up there and it set on the lot for over 6 months before they did anything with it. Next thing you know... I get this HUGE BILL from my rental agreement company of all the DAMAGES done to the car. There was NO DAMAGE to the car when I parked it on their lot 6 months prior! I ended up in a legal battle with my rental company because of these people. I should have SUED THEM!

I was told when I called that I would be able to receive the plasma tv with a purchase, and was told I could not get the tv after I started on financing. I also brought a "500.00 shopping spree" that I printed out off of their website and was told that I could not have that as well due to the "good deal" I was getting. Two big advertisements that just pull people in to slick them into buying and not holding up on the advertisements.

I called to inquire about a price of a vehicle and the lady I spoke with made an apt, for me to see a salesman that evening. My husband and I got there and asked for Lonnie whom my apt. was to be with and they said oh we just page for a salesman. So they paged and my husband and I stood there and no one came....they paged again and still no one came. After waiting 30 mins and no one coming to assit us we left. The very next day a woman named Dawn whom I had spoken to the previous day called wanting to know why I hadn't shown up for my apt!!!!! I let her know exactly what had happened, I was steaming! And just this week almost a month later she called yet again asking "I see where you missed your apt. with us would you like to reschedule." Ha! I told here I had already spoken with her and I told her what had happened and no I wouldn't be scheduling an apt. with them!! I am happy to say I purchased a vehicle from Ramey Chevorlet and the salesman and finance went above and beyond to help us!!! The vehicle I was looking to purchase was a large SUV so the commision would have been reasonable I am sure. Sorry you missed out due to poor customer service!!!
