Will NEVER return! I brought my 4 month old daughter in to the new facility (Sheridan & 72nd) because she was repeatitively puking bright green and wasn't keeping anything down. The did no testing on her other than vitals and a quick physical. They sent me home with her still puking, no answers, a prescription for Zofran and instructions to not breastfeed her (instead give Pedialyte) and to call our on-call peditrician to verify the Zofran dosage. Upon calling our pediatrician we found out that she is too young to take Zofran and that if she's breastfed that the only thing she should be getting is breastmilk (it's made for her stomach and the antibodies would help her). We had to take her into Children's ER that night to find out what was going on which meant blood work, sputum / vomit / poop and urine cultures. It ended up being a virus, but had I followed the doc from Guardian Urgent Care's instructions, it could have been very detrimental.

To top it all off, we got the EOB from our insurance and a bill from Guardian. They charged a flat fee of $75 just for walking in on an evening, weekend or holiday that's not covered by insurance. You would think they would tell you about such a charge when you sign in. NOPE, it was a total surprise when we got the bill. Next time I will skip the urgent care and go straight to the ER. What a waste of time and money!

DO NOT visit this urgent care facility! On the recommendation of my primary care physican,I took my 9 year old son in to check and see if he had an ear infection. Since there was conisderable wax build up, the doctor need to clean it out to determine if there was an infection. During that process, he poked a hole in my son's ear drum! IMAGINE! On visiting our pediatrician, the hole was significant - 30% of he ear drum is missing. To add insult to injury, the doctor never apologized even though he acknowledged that HE created the hole! DO NOT go to this clinic!
