.

I took my 20 year old cat in to have his ears and mouth checked. His ears had been bothering him and I noticed blister looking bumps in both ears. His breath had turned very bad over a couple of days, so I wanted his teeth checked for fear of a bad tooth. \r\n\r\nThey told me his ears were fine. That the bumps I was seeing was just ""pigment"". They opened his mouth and took a very quick look and said it was tarter and plaque and that he was a 20 year old cat, so he would probably just have bad breath. They basically gave him a ""clean bill of health"".\r\n\r\nWell, just two weeks later, his breath was even worse. Toxic is how I would describe it. So I made him an appointment with another local clinic. The doctor there said the bumps in his ears were pollyps and that they are common in older cats. She cleaned his ears and gave him a shot for the bacterial infection he had in one ear. \r\n\r\nIt gets worse. Yes, she took one look at my cats mouth and said he had what appeared to be bone cancer. She took a biopsy and sent it off to be sure. They found that it was a very aggressive tumor and we started him on pain management. \r\n\r\nJuly 08, 2009, I had to put my baby to sleep. It was the worst day in my life. \r\n\r\nI'm sure the outcome would not have been any different had Jackson's done their job, but they should've done just that. Their JOB! \r\n\r\nAll they care about is getting you scheduled in with their assembly line practice, taking a quick look at your pet and charging you $$$$$$! \r\n\r\nThe other clinic did their job! They saw it through to the end. AND....they are less expensive than Jackson's!!!!!

Cons: They do not care about your pets health.
