I called and scheduled them to clean my carpet, and we set it for 9:30 on the following monday. I wanted to get it done on Fri. but they were booked up for the week. that was Okay, because at least that means people like them to be that busy. anyway, they sent me an email reminder 2 days before the app. that was cool. I didn't forget, but I did like the reminder.
So Mon. comes around. they showed up on time, and I showed him the areas that had some stains, and he was pretty sure he could get them out. I couldn't get them out myself, so I was kinda unsure if he could or not. Long story short. he brought in some stuff that knocked the stains right out. I'm not sure what he used, but it worked great. Anyway, they did a really good job cleaning the rest of the carpet. It
took a little longer to dry that I had hoped, but I'm pleased over all.
