If I could leave zero stars, I would. I had a terrible, stressful experience in dealing with Ferguson sales reps. I had gone in to look at a certified used car. I am an experienced buyer and I know exactly what I want when buying a car. This, Ferguson does not like. The sales person became outwardly aggravated and argumentative with me as I was holding out for more money on my trade (I ended up getting even more than I was asking at another dealership!), and to make a long story short the he used foul and racist language with me over the phone during this negotiation. This kind of service is unacceptable. It saddens me to think that in this day and age people still will not bat an eye at racial epithets. How disappointing. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere even though I really loved the car I was looking at.

I purchased my vechicle new from Ferguson and it has been the WORST experience I have EVER had with a dealership!!!!! I have a 2005 Isuzu Ascender and last night while I was trying to finish Christmas shopping with my FAMILY the transmission went out!!!!! We were 120 miles from home with 4 kids!! But managed to have family drive down there to pick us up. We delivered the car to the service lot last night at 10 p.m. and called first thing this morning. We were told the tech MIGHT have time to look at it today!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Wow thats great I had to miss work today, I still have Christmas shopping to do and family to visit for the Holidays!!) All of this VERY hard to do without a vehicle!!!! We buy NEW often and in fact we are just about ready for a new vehicle but I can guarantee you I will be looking somewhere else!!!! According to the testimonials on their website the offer loaner vehicles to people that are not yet customers!!! Wow dont become a customer!!!!!!!!
