I ordered a small part from this site a little over a week ago. It??s a part I ordered before and actually lost. I bought it from these guys because it showed up on google as the cheapest deal.

The first store I got the part from had online chat, and a helpful person on the other end that helped me out with my questions, I ordered the part, and it came in 3 days?..

But this place? HA!

I called the store to make sure I had the right part and the person who answered was dim and couldn??t answer anything about the part.
I do the research myself and order the part.

A week goes by and after sending an email asking what was up with my order, I get an automated email back stating that the order was canceled because they were out of stock.

I, replied ??Oh WTF? ?? because I??m snarky and me getting this part in my car has been an ongoing joke.

I was then annoyed that they still hadn??t updated their website to ??Out of stock?.

I sent them a screen shot of the issue, asked them to update it, and told them that it shouldn??t have taken them a week to tell me something I should have been told before I placed the order.

I also added ??BOOOOOOOOOOoooooooo, thumbs down? to my email.

A simple, professional ??We??re sorry for the inconvenience, we??ll update our website? would of sufficed.

Instead, someone on the other end doesn??t like to be called out on doing a bad job. So they responded with a flame war.

??Thank you for your inappropriate email response. Due to your lack of being a civil human being, we request at this time you do NOT place any more orders with us in the future.?

So I responded

??I wouldn??t anyway.. and there's nothing wrong with telling you you're doing your job badly.
I sent the email kindly asking you to update your website so that other people don't get inconvenienced the same way I was.?

They responded with any email claiming that they had the power to black list my perfectly good, green money from the interwebz.

??Due to the mannerisms in your emails and your lack in understanding this, we have advised many other online retailers to take caution in doing business with you.?

Like I give a rats.

Two can play this game ?? only thing is, if I get denied service because a retailer was told by KNNSHOP.COM not to sell stuff to me (no way that??s going to happen). I??ll write a nice review about their company too.

I??m sure this place is capable of delivering you an autopart without issue. But just keep in mind that it employs people with horrible people skills, and their customer service is garbage at best.
