Great guy! very imformative and comfortable. He would respond to me and my husbands text and emails at all hours usually. We got in a house for less than we were paying for our apartment and just received our first time buyer tax money!

Mike Ramirez was fantastic at keeping us informed through the whole process. We purchased a HUD foreclosure( I Had no idea what was involved) He refered us to a great lender and they really worked as a team to get the house we wanted.Mike worked with our hectic schedules and returned my messages and emails very promptly. I would use him again for sure and have actually reffered my best friend and sister to him since Jan 2010!
