Mike Ramirez is by far the most knowledgeable agent( in my opinion) If you are a first time buyer and or looking for Foreclosures.We were first time buyers and looked off and on for about a year. Mike Ramirez found us exactly what we were looking for within a week of our first conversation and coached us what to bid on the property so that WE WOULD WIN!!! Mike Ramirez is a wonderful realtor! My husband and I were first time home buyers, and we had no clue where to begin. Mike took us step by step through the whole process. We told him what we were looking for and he helped us grab a great deal on a beautiful, foreclosed home! We had a lot of questions, and Mike was always more then helpful when it came to answering them. We were even able to text each other to get some questions covered, which was super convenient for us. He definitely knows his stuff when it comes to houses! We will refer him to all of our family and friends when it comes time for them to buy a house!

Calhoun GA Realtor Mike Ramirez is a very sharp young man. I have bought 3 properties through him in the past two years. I bought a HUD home from him just a few weeks ago. I got a great deal. This man knows what he is doing trust me! Any future real estate transactions that my family is involved in will be through Mike at Flipper McDaniels offfice in Gordon County GA.

Great guy! very imformative and comfortable. He would respond to me and my husbands text and emails at all hours usually. We got in a house for less than we were paying for our apartment and just received our first time buyer tax money!

Mike Ramirez was fantastic at keeping us informed through the whole process. We purchased a HUD foreclosure( I Had no idea what was involved) He refered us to a great lender and they really worked as a team to get the house we wanted.Mike worked with our hectic schedules and returned my messages and emails very promptly. I would use him again for sure and have actually reffered my best friend and sister to him since Jan 2010!
