Welborn Garage Doors

I had my garage door tuned up and the next day my roller popped off i called to see if they could come back out and put it back in and they told me that a tune up is not under warranty. So i asked how much to get it replaced and they could not tell me. i called around and got pricing and called welborn back and ask to speak to the dumb manager again and he said 80-110 for new rollers. i said no just to replace the one or put in the old one, he said 50-75 but we give free estimates. every other company said just put it back in with a hammer, or they will do it with a tuneup for me. this company will ROB YOU BLIND.!!!! DO NOT USE YOU WILL GO BROKE!!!

Got 3 quotes including one from Welborn and they were the best for a garage door replacement. I had scheduled it for a couple of days in the future but actually my door quit working completely and they came out the same day with only a couple hours notice. The technician Alex did a professional job in about 1.5. hours or so and replaced everything...door, track, springs, cable, brackets, etc and tested the garage door opener thoroughly before leaving. They use the preferred nylon rollers and 24 gauge door (one of the other companies used a thinner 25 gauge). I have 0 complaints about the entire process and expect this door to last a long time...this replaced an old wooden 16' x 7' door that came with the house and last 28 years.
