my daughter to her 01 pathfinder in Mayfield Hts. to get it diagnois . We went there to explain the problem. it kept frying the battery & alternator so we had it towed there.The manager was very mean and vocal. We did get our car worked on

My wife and I purchased our first Nissan at Ganley Mayfield last month. From the moment we pulled in to window shop, to the time we drove off in our beautiful new Altima, we were treated with respect and hospitality.They even let us test drive a car overnight to give us more time to decide!
I've already sent my family and friends to see Nick Cipollo (who took care of us) and the team to get a car or truck while the deals are hot! -Steve-

Lets just review what they noted: "?Providing Courteous, Honest Service" NOW HERES IS MY EXPERIENCE:
My most recent is Sept 2011 @Ganley Nissan in Mayfield Oh
Serivce Manager ,Jeff lied and said my car was fine,not the case
but this costed them 1/2 my brake repair which was NOT done at Nissan.
Sales and Internet Manager ,Nick introduces himself to me ,states
he is sorry for many problems I recently had and knew I was looking at new leases and said he would give me a"phenominal deal" and would have to take a loss to do so.
After approx 2weeks of will call you back,, checking for more money, lies after lies ,no call backs ,no pheonominal deal.
What was that about?? I never met this guy ,why would he want to mislead me and make me believe he is working on a great deal and will call me back?? Is he taking drugs or something??Why would he create more problems for me when he just said he is sorry for the problems I had at his dealership??
I never encounter this type of behavior at a dealership in my life!!!
Todd Clark the man in charge of Ganley Nissan in Mayfield never even said I am sorry and seemed to not care at all. Is this how they treat women or any customer
. So much for "Providing Courteous, Honest Service"
Would never recommend or subject anyone to this dealership.

1)part on order for my repair no call back telling me it is in, you have to call them I guess???
2)brakes checked , I am told the pads and rotors front & back are great!
1 week later (Conrads kudos to them!)checked brakes during a routine oil change and tire rotation, told me I need back brakes and they were right!
great job Nissan!
Then offered to pay for half the cost of brakes ....you got it no money yet!
lol
then offered a phenominal lease deal, they do not know what that means! no deal given yet...lol again just words
So should we make them define honesty and integrity?

Went to get a new car. Talked with dealer and manger to come up with a deal. Later when they get us the car, the car had 120 miles on it (didn't seem to bother them to give out a car that has 120 miles on it as a brand new car).
I decided to go for it even though it had 120 miles on it as they give about 300 bucks less than other dealers.
Later, when final payments are due, the highlight of the day comes. Fees that wasn't mentioned appears. When you deal with these guys, be careful to not to overlook the ""dealer incentives"", cause they pretend that everyone could get it at first then when you choose the car and when it comes to payment time, they all will say something else (i.e., you are not qualified for either this or that but not both, which at time of deal they would say that it all applied.
Even the general manager is a funny guy, we talked to him and said he would call off the deal cause we might give them a bad review and such.
My recommendation is, if you can, make a note of everything and make them sign on it or, if that's a hassle, take a recorder with you. They tend to change their words or make them beneficial on things that are not clear. I have had many interactions(deals) with different car manufacturers, but this was my first to cancel a car deal just before the payment. To conclude, they are not reliable!
