I had no intention of buying another car but in 08 i bought a 2008 quest and was just messing around and Jakie got me such a good deal i couldn't resist. It doesn't have all the features i had in the 2008 but i guess you give a little sometimes for the quality. Everyone was awesome and when i came back to bring the other key we ended up buying a newer car for my granddaughter. Jake is an amazing and very very attentive young man and went out of his way to work things out. You have a great staff member in Jake. Don't let that young man slip out of your team.

I had no intention of buying another car but in 08 i bought a 2008 quest and was just messing around and Jakie got me such a good deal i couldn't resist. It doesn't have all the features i had in the 2008 but i guess you give a little sometimes for the quality. Everyone was awesome and when i came back to bring the other key we ended up buying a newer car for my granddaughter. Jake is an amazing and very very attentive young man and went out of his way to work things out. You have a great staff member in Jake. Don't let that young man slip out of your team.

This is the only dealership that I know that the salesperson test drive the trade-in vehicle plus also show me where the Service Dept. and schedule the first oil change for me. I like Pinnacle Nissan and I like my experience with my sales rep Matt Robinson he took his time with me and my mother. And the Sales Manager Rob Murray was great, Pinnacle Nissan will get me business in the near Future.

It did take a long time to complete the sale. I was waiting a long time as they were short staffed. Many of the later sale items couuld have been shown to me during that time. I arrived about 11:45 and did not leave until 4:15. Everyone was apologetic and nice, but I didn't expect that since I had already picked the car out.

He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He even helped wash/detail my car so I could get my car faster. The finance manager Tommy Helms did a great job of giving me the deal I needed without the back and forth negotiations. They didn't play any games took great care of me.
