We are thrilled with the new patio - it looks terrific and we are so looking forward to spending our summer evenings out there! Thanks so much for all your hard work - and thank your team! I could tell that they all worked very hard and the end result is beautiful.

We contracted with Elwell Concrete to replace a wall, set of steps and 7'x8' driveway pad. The experience was horrible. The contract stated the job would take 2 days. Almost 3 weeks later, job unfinished, we parted ways. The company removed the existing concrete. This included removing part of the neighbors wall (which we have had to pay to replace). Next, they began forming the walls and this is where things went really wrong. The crew had been given no instructions and started building them in the wrong location. On the first weekend after the forms were started, they blew over into the city sidewalk. The forms we improperly supported and constructed and when concrete was poured, they broke apart in places and bowed 3" outward on the front and back. The forms also had no horizontal rebar, had wood pieces in the wall. We asked that the wall be removed because it was in such horrible shape. The contractor agreed. Then he wanted us to pay the full price of the contract for ALL the work even though, in the end, we were left with only removal of the existing concrete, damage to our property, damage to our neighbors property and missing tools from our garage. I would not recommend this contractor to anyone. I have no confidence in their ability to work with concrete.
