German was not only on ime but very flexible - we hired him to install some screen doors we had purchased. When he started the work he discovered the doors were boith defective. He let us know what the problem was and allowed us time to get them replaced and then completed the work. It was a job that required some fabrication and creativity and he did a GREAT JIOB.
I have hired him numerous times, his work is great and we communicate easily together. My remodeling is ongoing; it is the front unit of my Tri-Plex (that I own) and I allow him to work at his own pace to complete the work. An absolute professional, German reflects great knowledge and when he tells me he will be here, I know he will be; trustworthy with a capitol T.
