Al, the owner of Highland Construction is absolutely the best contractor I've ever worked with. He is very communicative, kept the project on time (actually finished early), and does the highest quality of work. Obviously he doesn't do all the work himself, and we did have occasion where his employees did not perform work to our satisfaction. However, when this was brought to Al's attention, he made every effort to rectify the situation.
I must tell you that Al took excellent care of my project. I am now in my later years and I had almost forgotten what good, pleasant service is. We see so little of it now days. He kept me completely informed about the progress of the job and aside from that, he made me feel welcomed and he gave my project the attention that we each hope for. He is a real credit to your organization and because of him I shall not hesitate to come to you whenever I need to undertake any new project around my house. He has done a great job for me and he is doing a great job for your public image - and you may tell the world I said so!

Al Drory and his company Highland Construction are nothing short of amazing!!! Al is the most professional contractor I have ever had the privilege of meeting. He has been EARLY to every meeting we have ever scheduled and if not, will always make a courtesy call to let us know that he is only minutes off schedule. Al is knowledgeable, pleasant, clean, and above all, a caring person. He understands that every project is important to its owner, no matter the size! He has welcomed my family into the project, calling us in advace to have our kids come see the cement trucks in action to whatever his workers are currently doing. We love Al's friendly demeanor and humble pie attitude. Multiple sources when we have asked about Al and Highland have told us that he is simply the best there is. We have seen this to be true and would recommend Al and Highland to all whom seek a remodel, renovation, or complete build. You will never need to ask about any other contractor. I live near the beach and had to add a large deck on to the front of my home. This required working with a difficult beach city, working on small lots and narrow streets, and a lot of creativity. The result has been an incredible deck that overlooks the ocean. It is the centerpiece of our home!

We used Highland Construction for a bathroom remodel and were absolutely thrilled with the work they did. The crew showed up on time every day and the owner, Al stopped by at least once per day (usually more) to make sure things were going as planned. Any small issues that came up were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We have nothing but good things to say about this company and we will definitely be using them for further projects. There will be no need to call any other contractor.
