Off The Top Tree Svc

cheaper is not better. got estimate in jan 2012 never came till feb 2012. wouldn't tell me when they were coming. took down tree plus stump grinding. stump grinding machine busted my sprinkler system -3 hoses cut plus 2 sprinkler heads destroyed. also punched hole in my neighbor's pvc fence. didn't notice damage till after they were paid and left. reported damages to them afterwards-said not responsible. they are supossedly licensed and insured. told them i will buy most of the parts if they will fix it.
still waiting for them to come and repair damages. numerous phone calls have either not been returned or they have
not come on the weekends they said they would.
if u hire them, make sure you inspect their work thoroughly before you pay them in full.

They are very very unprofesional people. they send a nice guy to give the estimate, but they are followed by employees who are @*%&. Better go with any other company. btw they use multiple fake company names to do business - another tell tell sign.

They were the cheapest and you get what you paid for, for a little more $ with a different co. the job would've been done right.I had my neighbors branches cut back and they did not cut back far enough & now 1 month later they are growing over my property, they missed some branches and I was told to clip them & 1 tree branch I wanted level with the fence hangs like arch over my yard, looks disgusting, I called, was told someone would get back to me,I emailed still no response.3 neighbors used Anderson tree & I am so sorry I did not and they were very happy with them

I had a few estimates for a tree to be taken down. They were the cheapest and they did a great job. The clean up was great and they did it in a timely manner.
