I must agree with the other 2 posts. They came out, measured the area & gave a quote. Once the sod was placed, it was not packed down in all areas & the side & back of the house were not completed, even after being measured TWICE. Biggest mistake was making the final payment before the job was completed. We were told that they would come back after 45 days to make sure the sod took root & to weed & feed. That was on 4/1. Guess the joke was on us because they have never come back. Calls are answered by Rocky every time & each time we have been given nothing but excuses. From waiting on more sod, to sounding like he ""thought the workers came out"". Pathetic. If you own the company, then finish the job right. Word of mouth will get you more work, not pissing off the people that have already paid you for your services is only going to put you out of business. At this point, we will be reporting this company to the licsensing association.

We've used this lawn service for a couple of years and have always received exceptional lawn care. Quality service in every way, professional owner and superior lawn care team. Exceeded expectations by such wonderful clean-up after mowing by removing clippings from driveway and walkways. Almost always receive same day service but realize if it takes a few days to get on the schedule that a lot of people are also interested in using this quality company too! Would recommend this company!

We've used this lawn service for a couple of years and have always received exceptional lawn care. Quality service in every way, professional owner and superior lawn care team. Exceeded expectations by such wonderful clean-up after mowing by removing clippings from driveway and walkways. Almost always receive same day service but realize if it takes a few days to get on the schedule that a lot of people are also interested in using this quality company too! Would recommend this company!

VERY, VERY, VERY UNRELIABLE. I second the critique voiced by dex05.. Rocky has an excellent team, but his management styles and customer service are, at best, horrible. I have tried to use his service twice, giving him the benefit of the doubt. Finally, after many calls, the team showed up to mow. In the last 2 mos I have tried 3 times (and spoke to him personally all 3 times) to trim my trees. He always indicated ""next week"" or ""tomorrow"" -- to date, they still haven't shown. I've gone to a much more reliable, customer service oriented landscaper. A 1-star rating is even too high for Rocky.

The service requested was routine lawn care. Rocky provided price and day of the week. Never showed on scheduled day and had to call to get him here at all. Tried 3 weeks of service with problems each week. Fourth week, no show, no phone call, no nothing. Too bad. His team does excellent work. Just poor, poor business practices. If you're too big and can't handle more business, just say so. Ignoring the customer is not a professional way to cut back on business. Again, too bad. Nice guy, excellent work, but way too unreliable. Too many other choices to settle for this.
