I called them on the 4th of july. My refrigerator was nothing working at all. The technician Greg came to my home at 9 am and had it fixed in 45 minutes. We could still enjoy our party.Great Great service!!!

This eliminated the need to have to be home for a return visit. He diagnosed the problem with my washer & fixed it in minutes. Again, Greg was a great guy. I highly recommend A+ Appliance

Wow.... I just got a really interesting voicemail from A Plus Appliance! Apparently they didn't like the negative reviews I left on a few websites about my horrible experience with them and decided to threaten me. \r

Sure, the excuse was that they took off for a wedding... but I'm sure that most people would agree that a professional and reliable business would have at least put a message on their answering machine indicating they were leaving on vacation. Which A Plus absolutely DID NOT. That sounds like I was right on the money... very unreliable and unprofessional.\r

And sorry, Greg, but I'm not scared of you or any goons you might consider sending to my house because I know my rights. In the United States opinion is protected as a tenant of freedom of speech, falling outside the purview of libel. And these reviews, as everyone knows, are ALL OPINION. Citizens retain the right to comment on public figures and entities, and I am retaining the heck out of that right. So you can stop the threats, thank you. (I saved your voicemail, just so you know).\r

Very unprofessional! I had work done, that consisted of vacuuming some dust from a filter in my refrigerator. At the rate I was charged, they make $200/hr... Wow! I called when the fridge still wasn't working and was told to reset it. I called the next day and said it still wasn't working, so they said to turn it off for a few hours then turn it back on. I called later that evening since it still wasn't working and got no response. I called several times the next day and no response. I called a few times the next day and still no response. I finally gave up on this totally unprofessional company, after they left me with a broken fridge for 4 days. Now I am wondering if most of these other reviews are bogus. I do not recommend this company at all.
