We needed our stove fixed.Our home warranty set us up with CG Services.I should've known from the 1st encounter with the co. that they were not a good business.The lady I spoke with to make the appt. was very rude and short with me on the phone.She said the only appt. was on 3/7/11 and that it would be a wait at home between 12pm & 5pm.I agreed to the appt.because I needed my stove fixed so that I could feed my family.I let her know that I would have to keep my store closed that day as well as find someone to pick my kids up from school.I asked her to let me know at least a day in advance if they couldn't make the appt. She agreed and now today I am very upset.She called me 2 hours before 5pm and canceled.I told her I needed them to make it out today and that I didn't care how late they showed.I have already lost money due to not working and time waiting for them.She told me to understand they are busy and she would call me back.I waited & NO CALL.They did not even call to let me know that they couldn't fit me in.WASTE OF MY TIME! I would not have been so mad if they had acted like they cared a little about the fact that they had made me lose money because my store was closed and had screwed up my whole schedule for that day. Not even one call to say sorry or that they would not be able to show up at all.
