Sprint

I went to the store to renew my contract and upgrade my phone. I found the staff to be helpful and informative. This store is less busy than others I've gone to, but they still could use more staff. They do not open until 10 a.m. but they do stay open late.

I have been to this store so many times, they are not helpful at all. I would say, call customer service instead of going in to the store.. I will not be going back in there again myself. I had went in to cancel my account because of dropped calls and bad phone, they said it would cost 150.00 to cancel and I knew this. He told me to bring the phone in and they would fix it, so I did. I went back to pick it up and was told it could not be fixed but I could buy another one and get a rebate back. Well I said no, I think I should be able to cancel without paying the 150.
