Refinishing the hardwood floors was such an easy process with Prime Hardwood Floors. They came in, they sanded, the put on the finish, they left. Easy peasy. Floors look perfect.

I can't give these guys enough praise. This is the first time we used Prime Hardwood FLoors and we will use them again in the future.
We had extreme stains due to urine from my dogs. Prime Hardwood came in and removed deep stains and restored the hardwood floors to the original charm and beauty.

Needed a few repairs to be done in my home. I just wanted the repairs done. Nothing else. Prime Custom Hardwood Flooring in Los Angeles was the only company who was honest with me and didnt try to tackle on a bunch of unnecessary things onto the estimate. In Los Angeles there are SO many contractors it is hard to find the right one. I knew David from prime hardwood floors was the right one from the moment he came to do the initial estimate. I just got a good feeling, and I always trust my gut when it comes to contractors. I am glad I went with Prime Hardwood Floors because the floors are breathtaking beautiful and the price was very modest and fair. The workman ship is just timeless and I love my hardwood floors

Out of the blue a pipe in my bathroom burst and there was water everywhere. The most damage was done to my hardwood floors. I needed water damage restoration and the right company to do it. Prime Hardwood Floors came in the following morning to give me an estimate and was able to fix it right away. They saved my floors and saved me a ton of money.

My dog peed all over my house and destroyed my hardwood floors in every room with hardwood floors. i had prime hardwwod come and do all the repairs. they replaced some boards and sanded down and fixed what was salvageable. My floors look perfectly matched and really better then originally

I was referred to Prime Hardwood Floors by my aunt. She had her floors refinished a few months back and they looked perfect. My hardwood floors turned out just as perfect and I also have an office in Los Angeles that I want Prime Hardwood to install new laminate floors.

Every couple of years we like to get our floors refinished so they look the best they could look for the holidays. We have family over for Thanksgiving and Christmas and many parties this time of year. We also have two big dogs that ruin our floors. Last week Prime hardwood came to our home like they always do and did a phenomenal job like they always do. We don't even bother with estimates because they always give us the best price. The floors like like they are brand spanking new and always adds so much to our home. We love this company and always use only them for our flooring needs.

I can assure you that Prime Hardwood floors is the best, they are not the cheapest but they are number one. Every hardwood floor job is done with high standards and they will not leave a job unless you are completely satisfied. That was my experience and it was very pleasant. I have worked with Prime Hardwood floors for 20 years and I will never use a different flooring company. In the past we have had them do installations and refinishing on our house and for our rentals. This time we had our floors sanded and re coated and refinished and they look just as good as new. Maybe even better. David and his team are such nice people and so fun to work with. I have known them since the first time he came to install my wood floors and I have never had any problem with him. I feel like this company is my family. I always get compliments on my hardwood floors and I always refer this company. They are the best.

We had prime re-do our floors. We ripped up the carpet in our house and found that there was pretty decent hardwood underneath. They sanded them and put that gloss shine on them. I never thought the floors could look this good. What a great job on the floors. They look better than new. Thanx Prime and we will definitely recommend you to everyone we know

We had a different flooring company come in to our home and practically rob us. They came in did the estimate took our deposit and ran with the money. We were very scared to trust another company but took a chance with Prime Hardwood. My good friend recommended them. I am so glad that we did because they were wonderful. Because of my trust issues they allowed me to pay when the job was done and told me that I didn't have to pay until I was 100% satisfied with the job. We were definitely 100% satisfied and really appreciate the work they did.

The main reason I went with this company is because of the references. Every person i called said something great about this company and now I have lots to say too. They do such a good job. Prime hardwood did a few repairs and refinishing to our hardwood floors. We had some water damage by the refrigerator and sink. We had 3 quotes from other companies and Prime Hardwood was by far the best price. They also worked with my on the days I was available. The owner was such a nice guy, you can tell that he is not the type of guy to rip you off like the other companies. I really appreciate this company they did a great job. :)

They squeezed me in the same day I called because it was the only day I was available. That was awesome. They also scheduled the job right when I wanted it and were always on time. Got my floors refinished by prime hardwood 3 days ago. We moved into our new hose and the floors looked like they were 500 years old. Prime really restored them and they look brand new.

We had Prime Custom Hardwood Flooring refinish our existing wood floors. We needed sanding and coating. We had the job bid by 3 companies and Prime was the best deal. They did the job in a day and just came the next morning to move the furniture back. They did a great job and our floors look amazing. The crew worked very hard and left our house spotless. About 12 years ago prime custom hardwood did my parents hardwood flooring and to this day it still looks fantastic. That is why when I finally got my first home I looked for them online and called them for my floors too. It was the same guy who did my parents floors that did ours too. He gave me a great deal and did an excellent job. I really enjoyed doing business with Prime, they are so professional and really value their customers.

We had our existing floors restored by the prime hardwood team. We needed many repairs to the floors too. They did a great job. It was fast, clean and professional... all for a very affordable price. My sister had her floors done by them too. Both of our floors are gorgeous and we are both so happy with this company. We just moved into our new home and desired hardwood floors. We had carpet in the bedrooms and living room and tile in the kitchen and bathroom. We kept the kitchen and bathroom as tile but replaced all the carpet into hardwood. I hate carpet, I have always preferred Hardwood. Prime Custom did a wonderful job. They were professional and affordable. I am very happy with the job they did and highly recommend them to anyone.

I just wanted to send a note about our hardwood flooring installed by Prime Custom Hardwood Flooring over 2 years ago. We have young kids and two large dogs, we wanted to install hardwood flooring but we were worried about the scratches and how it may look after tear and wear. The hardwood flooring recommended to us by Prime Custom Hardwood Flooring was an excellent choice.

This floor is fantastic! two years later, the floor does resist scratching. But even when it does scratch, the scratches are barely noticeable because the floor is the same color all the way through. We could not be happier with our floor. I have recommended you to several people over the last couple of years.

We get compliments all the time on our hardwood floors, the color has darkened and richened over that time, it looks even better now.

Prime custom deserves 10 stars! We had really old wood floors in our home and didnt think they could be restored. Boy, was I wrong. Prime custom hardwood floor did such a great job. Our floors look brand new and make our entire home look 100 times better. It is amazing that they restored these old ugly floors and turned them into beauties.
