Complaint Description:
On 8/18/14 my veh. was in for repair at EuroPro Of Chas SC. After 15 months and a BOTCHED JOB. Oil leaks & car going dead in traffic still!! Car in for Repairs @ EuroPro of Charleston SC on 8/18/14 w/ a promised of a 7 day job/turn around to repair Balance Shaft w/ CAMSHAFT GEAR added to claim later on. After a month and more that 20 + phone calls to EuroPro, $930.00 in rental car fees (not covered by CNA National Warranty Corporation (they only covered the 1st 10 dys). And a heated conversation w/ Ken Cal Baker in the lobby area with the service manager/technician and a customer present, I stated to him that he has refused to take ownership of the length of time my Veh. was there and that we had spoken in reference to the rental car and he assured me that CNA National warranty would cover my rental car fees. I then stated to him that if my car is ready, i will just pay my bill. ($701.00 paid). On 10-8-14 i called and spoke Techncial/Service Manager - (who completed the work on my Veh.) ref. my Veh. is still running poorly just as it was b/4 the Balance Shaft Replacement/Camshaft gear work was done and that the veh. is leaking oil. I was instructed to bring the car in again when I had time. At this point, I have made over 10 trips to EuroPro, called & spoke w/ CNA Warranty Corporation- which kept instructing me to contact EuroPro because they completed the work on my Veh. I left my Veh. again at EuroPro for continued issues w/ poor running and Check Engine light and oil leak. Rental car fees: $208.84 (my out of pocket). Camshaft Timing Adjusters - Replaced both Intake and Exhaust Adjusters replace, 10-17-14 to 10-24-14. My cost ($218.33) out of pocket). About 30 phone calls and 8 more visit to EuroPro the issues w/ Check Engine, Oil leak, poor running and Veh. going dead in traffic has continued. 3-3-15 car in to EuroPro w/ same issues, Replaced passenger side rear camshaft plug & cam magnet. (Under warranty). Still oil leak, poor running continues. 3-12-15 Car in to EuroPro - Check engine light, poor running oil leak. Same code w/ Intake Manifold replaced (warranty $995) my Deductible $300.00). From March 2015 to May 11th 2015, same issues w/ poor running, oil leak, visits to EuroPro. Mid May 11 or 15th, 2015 my Veh. was dropped off to EuroPro for same issues, May 24th I spoke w/ Service Manager ref. he asked if I mind if the my Veh. be shipped to the Florence Store because they have more Technicians. I stated yes, if they are able to fix it.. Cost to repair Botched job estimated at $4500.00.

had to have the same repair done on my car right at 1 year later 14thousand miles, out of their warranty, and I was out of town so it would not have been any good to me anyway. got the repairs done ant the dealer in Atlanta where I was, and the service advisor showed me these were not bmw parts, so aftermarkets were used, not a big deal to me at first, but would have liked my repair to last more than 14 thousand miles. afterward though checked my receipt and discovered I payed Ken the same thing for his aftermarket parts as I payed the dealer. THE EXACT same amount. I would rather pay a few more dollars to the dealer and get a nationwide warranty than his local only warranty. this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth and Ken will no longer be getting my business.

This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had getting my BMW repaired! Saved me a ton of money (called the dealership and other "BMW speciality" places and none could even come close). Car was diagnosed and fixed within 24 hours. Works great! I'll be back!
